- You live in a historic house that once housed my grandfather's textile factory in adjacent halls. In the entrance area hangs a marble plaque (photo) as a reminder of the visit of Emperor Franz Josef in the textile factory.

I am a typical Viennese civil servant who tries to earn something with the rental of holiday apartments or loft.
Why Wolfgang chose Neubau
This house has been owned by my family for a long time, an old Viennese textile dynasty with factories in the whole area of Austria-Hungary (see photo of the marble panel in the entrance area). The apartments are a nice mix of old antiques with new modern but matching furnishings.
What makes this apartment unique
The central location is loved by my guests, as one of Vienna's most popular shopping streets passes nearby, the distance to museums and sights of the city is not far, but also a subway station is very close.
