Quiet location in Roslyn Ridge
The condo was well stocked and clean. I will say there’s a very, very faint cigarette smell, as some other reviews noted, but I only noticed it when we first arrived. The listing said there’s parking in the garage but we never figured out how to open it. Also, there was quite a bit of snow in front of the door so we wouldn’t have parked in there anyway. A cutting board would have been nice, otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. Thanks for the stay!

Short Stay
The property was nicely located. We did not experience all the opportunities the facility had to offer as we were only there for a short time to move our daughter to CWU. Unfortunately we were unable to use the garage to park which the email confirmation stated would be available to us. Although this was not as much an inconvenience for us but more for the full time neighbor that lives across from this unit as the area is tight. The unit was decently clean except for the towel hanging in the closet like it had been used and not cleaned, a comforter that was balled up in the closet that looked like it was left from the previous renter. There were notes on the washer/dryer stating it was out of order on 9/2/22. We didn’t need to use it so no issues there. I got a call from the property manager stating we were getting a refund for the fan not working, the dog and supposedly the appliances we’re working. We wouldn’t have know that the fan did not work because we never used it. We did not have a dog. The only text I sent was in regards to the garage access. Other than that no issues.

Avoid this property!
1. Vacasa has terrible customer service. After being assured the cigarette smoke smell was gone (due to deep cleaning and wall washing by the “local team”) it most definitely was not gone! The smoke smell permeates the entire residence and is very strong. When I reached out to Vacasa I was asked to send pictures…of a smell. 2. There was a white, crusty stain on the brown bedspread. 3. There were dark red/brown (blood?) stains on the “clean” white towel hanging in the bathroom. 4. Vacasa repeatedly asked for pictures (which I sent) and expressed how sorry they were for the negative experience via the same automated texts. Vacasa texted multiple times they would follow up and reach out regarding cleaning issues and that never happened. I DO NOT recommend this property or anything managed by Vacasa.

Not paid Activity Center access
As per the listing and the agent, the Activity Center is paid accessed for two nights, but NOPE! We had to pay $10 per person per day and costed us $50. I’ve got the receipts that I will forward them to Vacasa/Vrbo. Also, the place has somewhat cigarette stank.
