About this property
Across the Street from Lift -- Amazing Canyons/Park City Townhome!
YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS TOWNHOME!
The location could not be better -- 20 second walk to The Canyons' Cabriolet (People Mover) lift. Yes, you read that right. You walk out the door of the townhome and across the street -- in less than one minute you will be riding The Canyons Cabriolet (people mover) lift, which whisks you to the heart of The Canyons Village where you can walk around and shop, eat dinner, ride the gondola up the mountain and possibly catch an outdoor concert. You can also catch the free town shuttle just across the street.
Beware of any Hidden Creek properties that are NOT on Aspen Drive. Those on Cedar Lane, Summit Drive or Willow Glen are a long walk to the Cabriolet -- downhill (which means uphill at the end of the day!) With those, you'll likely find yourself driving to the day skier parking lot. Red Pine condos are also a long walk down/uphill. Look closely at the map or email me and I'll send you an aerial photo that shows what I'm talking about. You will not find a condo or townhome that is closer to The Cabriolet than his one!
Our townhome has been recently completely remodeled with granite countertops, hardwood and slate flooring, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms and furniture and much more!! Oversized, comfy furniture; Breakfast bar; Boot rack and boot removal bench at entry area; Downstairs living room with gas fireplace is great for adults, while upstairs large den/family room is perfect for kids. Plus, we recently added a deluxe elliptical machine in the den.
4 BEDROOMS are large and tastefully decorated, with plenty of drawers, shelves and hangers. Beds are as follows: MBRM (king), Guest BDRM downstairs (Queen), 3rd BDRM upstairs (Queen), 4th BDRM upstairs (accessed through 3rd BDRM; bunk beds and trundle bed (4 twins)). There are TVs in the living room, family room, Master BDRM, Guest Room and 3rd BDRM. There are also 2 DVR's in case you want to record a show. If you're all adults, the condo very comfortably sleeps 8 or 9. There's also an inflatable bed -- please, nobody sleep on the couch!
A BIT ON THE CANYONS: The Canyons is now connected to and a part of Park City Ski Resort, now the largest ski resort in the U.S. You've got to visit it now, before the rest of the world discovers it! Plus, The Canyons' side of Park City Ski Mtn definitely has the shortest lift lines of all the nearby ski mountains. I promise, you'll love the wide-ranging terrain and World Famous dry Utah powder. Ski from our townhome all the way to Main Street now that Park City and The Canyons are connected. You can also walk one block to the world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Golden Door Spa and get a day pass to use their facilities.
But this isn’t just a ski-condo. If you’re reading this right now, you probably know how beautiful Park City is in the summer. I can guarantee that you will love this condo even more in the non-winter seasons. Kids love playing around outside and there's a small creek at the end of the cul-de-sac that they can explore. You’ll probably even see some wildlife, including birds, raccoons and deer. I expect you’ll soon be a returning guest like the many others who return to stay at the townhome on each visit. I hope you and your family come enjoy what our townhome has to offer including private hot tub, games and toys.

About the host
Hosted by Kevin Wechter

We live in San Diego and love coming to Park City with our young kids several times a year. We're happy to entertain trade proposals.
Why they chose this property
We've loved The Canyons Ski Resort for 20 years... from when it was a small local mountain called Park West, to when it became Wolf Mountain and then The Canyons. Well, it's come a long way. The Canyons is now Utah's largest ski mountain and, in my opinion, its best. The chairlifts, restaurants and other facilities are all new. The staff have a great attitude and most importantly, the lift lines are MUCH SHORTER than at Park City or Deer Valley. But even once you narrow it down to stay near The Canyons, location within this area is very important. Our townhome, Unit 31B is the second closest unit to The Cabriolet out of the 80 or so other Hidden Creek Units. This makes a huge difference. From 31B, you walk across the street and step onto the lift. If you're staying up the hill at any of the Hidden Creek condos (as opposed to townhomes, which have a garage), you're walking about 1/2 mile or more to The Cabriolet. Same thing, and even worse, if you're staying at Red Pine. Take a look at an aerial and see how far the unit is from The Cabriolet. That's the ONLY thing that matters when you're walking in ski boots and carrying skis!
What makes this property unique
We love the convenience of this location. You can drive about 4 miles and be on Main Street, or you can go 2 miles in the opposite direction to shop or eat at Redstone Plaza, the Factory Outlet Mall or visit Utah Olympic Winter Park, where there's always cool things to watch or do. The town home is located extremely close to a shuttle stop for the free town shuttle. Also, we love being on a ground floor unit. Any time of year, it's nice to be able to open the sliding glass door and step out onto our own patio with a private hot tub, views of the slopes and serenity and privacy of the forest just outside the door. Kids love playing playing outside, building snowmen, sledding or exploring, and it's easy for Mom to keep an eye on them from the kitchen.
