Charming

Nice location, apartment comfortable and close to everything, had well equipped kitchen. There was a bit of street noise, sometime quite loud, as people walked to and from the many restaurants and bars in the area, but also nice to have so many choices for food nearby.

The apartment is on the ground floor with show window like a shop. There are no other windows in the apartment including no window in the bedroom. These specifics were not evident in the advertisement. As for us bedroom without opening window for fresh air is not acceptable we complained to the host and left the apartment few hours after check in. The host was responsive but after few days of discussion refused refund. At the same time in the app suddenly our reservation was reduced from 2 nights to one night. These practices are unacceptable and we reported to the platform. The building is on a vibrant street 25 min on foot to the historic center.

Lost day

Fantastic bar one (important) hitch. Due to issues with my e.mail, arrangements had been made in advance, to ring on arrival to receive the entry instructions by phone call or text. However, on arriving at the location, straight from the airport, there was no-one manning the phone which, just went straight to a recorded message so, alternative last minute accommodation had to be sourced. Not helpful. The actual accommodation and its convenient location made for a great experience, once eventually in. I would definitely look to stay at this location again, on a future visit to Québec City.

Merci

Good experience. But we received the passcode to access the premises pretty late and it was tough

We couldn't enter the premises as passcode to access were not received in time and nobody was there to contact/help. We had a traumatic time to get in. Vrbo app was also not opening. Otherwise. It was good.
