About this property

Small but updated cottage (460 sf), a short walk to Grandview Beach, located in the charming Sands community in Leucadia! Quaint and private single level manufactured home is west of Coast Highway and a short walk to the beach. Two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other a double) plus a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room area. Maximum of 4 guests. The kitchen and dining area are all newly remodeled and fully furnished. Private pergola deck with seating. Requires minimum 30 day rental. Must check in on 1st of month and check out last of month (or 1st day of following month).

We will consider a small dog on a case-by-case basis, and with an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact host prior to booking to obtain pet approval.
