Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 18 €/person/set (mandatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- guarantee 500 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
incl. electricity till 165 kwh/week in July/August (with 4 bed-rooms) - more consumption is to pay.
In September, October and June are 65 kwh/week included for electricity.
From November to May: including electricity up to 250 kwh/month and water 8 cbm/month (extra consumption must be paid extra); Gas and heating according to consumption; plus expenses for gardener if the tenants wish.
The Space:
Wonderful beach- and village near villa with private pool. A wonderful house to spend a relaxing family holiday.
Wonderfully landscaped and spacious garden with lots of flowers - Mediterranean ambience. There are many different seats, so that the privacy is guaranteed.
The property is completely closed. Parking for several cars possible.
The pool is located in the lower part of the garden and can be overseen of the upper part of the garden. The distance is about 20 m. Its to reach about steps.
The living area is spacious, because there is an additional, large winter garden. The kitchen is as well spacious and has an utility room with exit to another terrace.
On the ground floor is the living room (with air-condition and a pellet stove for the winter month), modern american style kitchen (with dishwasher) and 2 bedrooms (with air-condition), 1 bathroom. Two additional bedrooms (with air-condition) with shower is on the 1st floor. It has a separate entrance via an outside staircase.
In the off-season its possible to rent the lower apartment to a monthly price. In this case the upper apartment is closed and nobody live there.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
Beach, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The house is located in Calpe, district of Los Pinos.
Distance to the sandy beach 600 m, pebble beach 1 km, supermarket and restaurants 500 m; Golf 10 km.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples). Small dog till 10 kg allowed.
