Great location

The pool is by far the best one we have had in Spain. Large with lights and jacuzzi. Location is fantastic with the Japanese buffet only a few minutes walk away. Would love to come again.

Best villa we have stayed in everything was as described in the listing. The pool and outside space was fabulous for eight people and air conditioning in the house was definitely needed.Hakim went above and beyond what was expected any questions were answered promptly. Check in and out were very easy would definitely recommend.

An absolutely wonderful stay

The villa is great, particularly the pool area. We've been going on villa holidays for the last 16 years and this villa has the best pool area we've used. The location is great, being a 2 min walk from Grizzly's which is a lively spot with good food, and a short walk to the beach in Calpe with lots of great bars and restaurants. The agents, Anne and Mike are extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are already planning our next visit!

Amazing villa!

The property was beautiful and the managers and host were amazing, the communication couldn't have been better. They replied fast and were very helpful. My only negative was that the location was further away from things than we thought and we ended up having to get taxis everywhere as there was little to no public transport and with 2 children in the heat, the walking was just too much. So I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

Absolutely awesome villa!

Prior to our arrival, communication with Hakim was great, we were given everything we needed to allow us to arrive in the early hours of the morning. We were also contacted by Anne, who came and visited us on our first day to check everything was as we needed. She even tuned in the television to the English channels for us. The villa has everything you need..wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, towels, and even washing up items and toilet rolls (most other villas do not provide these basics- we have been to several previously.) The villa was extremely clean and tidy. The pool area is extraordinary. Location wise it was perfect for us. Walking distance to Grizzly's and the Japonese buffet and a great pizza restaurant called Madisa. We love Calpe and our stay at this villa made it absolutely perfect.

Fabulous villa!

We had a lovely week at this villa in July 2023. The villa is very traditional inside but ticks all the boxes with air con, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The outside space is fabulous. Great sized Pool and plenty of space to play games / eat outside. The only negative comments I have are as follows and are easy to fix.... BBQ was broken and not the easiest to use. Not enough large glasses, when it is hot you need a long drink! Pillows - only one pillow per person yet a lot of people like to sleep with two. Also, the qualily of the pillows was poor. All in all a lovely holiday and the host Hakim was extremely helpful and on hand at anytime to answer queries. Would definitely return.

Almost perfect, inside need an upgrade.

The outdoor area, especially the pool, is fantastic! - we missed a place to put the cushions so they stay dry when it rains. - the pool looks clean, but there was a greasy layer floating on it, that left a dirty layer on the floating stuff. Talking with the poolguy wasn’t possible. He didn’t clean the pool at all and he was very rude to us. The house is okay, but not great: - The kitchen could use an upgrade. - The bathrooms could also use an upgrade. However, the showers are very nice: warm with a good, strong jet. - The two large bedrooms are nice. - The two smaller bedrooms are too small for 2 people. One of them had a strange smell. And one bed was sagging. - Well-functioning air conditioning in every room. The contact with the owner was very pleasant.

Pretty impressive

The communication from Hakim was excellent throughout. Everything we wanted to know was available and the welcome from Anne and Mike on arrival was warm.The villa is very spacious, inside and out. The outside area is well established and interesting, and has various places to sit and while away the time. The pool area and gazebo is a great place to sit at any time of day. The pool is larger than most and even has a jacuzzi section. The location is great. An hour from Alicante, there are 3 restaurants within 5 mins walk and plenty more if you take a stroll (20 / 30 mins) to the coast. There are 2 large supermarkets 3 mins drive away. The villa is very well stocked with glasses, crockery and cutlery of all shapes and sizes.We didn't use the BBQ, but there are even two options for that!!!A couple of minor niggles:- on two afternoons the neighbours (5 young men who were only there for two days) decided that loud music was what they fancied. It only lasted a shortish time (2hrs?) but was rather annoying. Secondly, the number of cockroaches we had to deal with. They are a fact of life in Spain, but in 25 years of renting we've never seen so many across the duration of a stay. We dispatched half a dozen in the villa over the first 24 hours, then at least one every night outside. Very unusual. Overall though the villa was just right for the five of us and we had a really lovely week.

Great Villa in a great locatin

The villa was great for us, family of 6 adults and two young children. We had a 8 month old baby with us and some of the ornaments we had to move and with the glass coffee table had to watch her very carefully. Pleased that they provided a high chair and travel cot for the baby. The pool was brilliant but a bit cold and the garden furniture was excellent. The gardens surrounding the villa were lovely with plenty of space for children and adults to play. Having air con was a plus even though with the weather being so bad it wasn't used until the last few days but great to have. The villa is located close enough to Calpe beach you just have to take a 15 min walk (roughly) to get there with all the restaurants and bars as well. Only thing I was disappointed with was having to pay €150 euros for the cleaning? I was then expecting for either the bedding or towels to be changed after a week as we were there for two weeks. Having to wash their towels was not ideal. On the whole the villa was ideal and would use it again and all of my family enjoyed the holiday immensely. Many Thanks

Magnifique séjour

La location débute par un contact avec le propriétaire, Hakim, qui s’avérera au fils du temps et jusqu’à la fin du séjour d’une grande aimabilité et très réactif. Hakim fait tout pour que votre séjour soit agréable À votre arrivée vous rencontrez Anne et Mike. Eux aussi s’assurent que votre séjour se passe au mieux.Et enfin vous découvrez la maison avec sa magnifique piscine, elle est propre, bien équipée et avec des airco qui fonctionnent super bien. La localisation de la maison est aussi parfaite pour découvrir les alentours Le séjour fut caniculaire mais on était tous ravis !

Fantastisch verblijf, netjes, heel compleet

Een weekje weg met kinderen (volwassenen), naar de Spaanse zon, ter ere van een jubileum. Fijn huis, met voor ieder (stel) een eigen slaap- en badkamer, dus heel veel privé. Een groot fijn zwembad. Het huis is voorzien van een complete inboedel. De verhuurders zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Kortom, geweldig!

Schönes Haus mit großer Außenanlage und Pool

Alles wirklich sehr gut. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Sehr sauberes Haus und sehr große, gepflegte Außenanlage mit Pool. Liegen, Grillstelle und sonstige Ausstattung ist gut. Das große Gelände um das Haus macht eine sehr private Atmosphäre. Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt sind auch nur 15min zu Fuß. Nur die Bus-Anbindung könnte besser sein. Mit eigenem Auto aber gar kein Problem.
