This was our second stay (which says a lot!) We had 2 amazing weeks - with a clean and beds / towel change halfway through included. Communication with Peter as before was fantastic. The house is incredible and has everything you need and more. I would highly recommend this to anybody who requires a high quality holiday rental l. We will certainly be back! Thanks again Peter for a fantastic experience!

Super house designed with love & effort.

We have felt comfortable all around... There is everything you need for a nice vacation. The pool has a super size and enough sunbeds are also available. The view of the sea is beautiful! Accordingly, of course, everything is associated with a lot of stairs climb..which has no problem for us. We give 5 stars !!!

The villa is absolutely stunning, with absolutely incredible views. There were so many nice touches, a pack on arrival for cleaning and a few basics until we could get to the supermarket. The pool is huge and really deep. There are lots of nice areas to sit and take in the views. The beds are comfy and we had everything we could need for our stay. The host Peter gave me lots of advice and was so patient and communicated the process so well. We had a few minor issues that have just prevented me from rating this 5 star, such as, no fridge on the lower pool floor. This means having to go up and down 3 flights of steep uneven steps every time you want a drink or snack. The pool filter cover at the side of the pool wasn't safe and caused a few injuries, we ended up just popping a set of steps over it to prevent anyone from walking near it. There wasn't much space around the pool and the storage in the queen bedroom on the middle floor wasn't adequate. A few bedside draws could help. There was also a damp musty smell in a few of the rooms. Overall we had a fabulous stay here, we could have definitely stayed longer and would definitely consider returning in future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter and his property to others.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. La maison est somptueuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et les prestations sont d'une qualité irréprochable. La vue est tout simplement incroyable et rend ce lieu encore plus exceptionnel.Notre hôte a été extrêmement attentionné, disponible et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, ce qui a largement contribué à notre expérience.Nous recommandons ce logement à 100 % et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour cet accueil et ce séjour inoubliable !

Fantastisch huis, uitzicht en zwembad!

Geweldig huis met dito zwembad (van 10x5 m) en uitzicht voor ons gezelschap van 7 personen. Alles was keurig schoon, de eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Huisraad netjes en geordend, alles aanwezig. Een grote aanrader!

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, la maison est très propre et très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique et le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons adorés nous recommendons ce propriétaire et cette maison vraiment fantastique !

Ett fantastiskt hus med en vidunderlig utsikt. Ett hus att umgås och njuta i för den stora familjen.

Huset är vackert och smakfullt inrätt. Varje detalj i huset är genomtänkt och varmt och välkomnande. Köket är fullt utrustat och det är lätt att laga mat till många . Huset var perfekt städat när vi kom och trädgård och pool mycket välskött. Vi kan bara lovorda och varmt rekommendera detta hus!

Immaculately clean with everything you need - stunning property and stunning views - so relaxing

We booked the property quite last minute and we were so lucky to find this spectacular villa. Communication with the owner was fast and nothing was too much trouble with a few questions we had in advance. Dealing with him was straight-forward, no fuss, and couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. Its location is high on the mountain edge and the views from the villa are out of this world. The villa had everything we needed and more. We brought our two sets of parents and there was huge amounts of space for us all to relax in. Comfy sun beds outside, the pool kept clean by the pool person who came a few times a week, great outside spaces which had really been thought about. Inside the bedrooms were large, big bathrooms with great showers, large dining table and relaxing area with sofa and chairs to sit and watch the views from the panoramic windows. We have stayed in villas before where the owners have cut corners with maybe cheaper mattresses or furniture - not here. Everything is of the highest standard and beautifully furnished. I had a little bit of work to do and was grateful for the fast and reliable wi-fi. Just a 10 minute drive down the mountain are supermarkets, and the lovely marina of Calpe with many restaurants where we ate a few times. There are lots of places to stay in this area and with all the properties available you can get a little overwhelmed with choices - but, this villa is very special indeed and we were lucky to find it. I think it's always a little bit of a risk when you book something online where photos and descriptions may not be reality when you arrive, but not so here - You really won't be disappointed. Thank you for having us Peter.

Boendet, utsikten, stillheten, komforten. Allt är fulländat!

En fulländad semestervecka! Den magnifika utsikten är det första som möter oss när vi anländer till huset i Maryvilla. Det är SÅ vackert! Väl inne möter vi ett vackert, smakfullt och välutrustat hem där husets spanska själ kompletterats med ett modernt och funktionellt boende för hela vår stora familj. Det stora öppna köket tillåter umgänge parallellt med matlagning, flera uteplatser erbjuder såväl sol som skugga och den stora poolen blir centralpunkten under vår vecka. En trevlig poolskötare borgar för att poolen är ren och fräsch. Vi kommer att återvända hit! Familjen Lindblad, Umeå

Luxuriously, stylish wounderful view

Love it all, the kitchen is perfekt and inspires to cook food with a fantastic view. All bedrooms are unique, it feels lika a home. The outdoor area is cozy and everybody loves the pool.

Fantastiskt hus med områdets bästa utsikt!

Huset är fräscht och nyrenoverat med en utsikt som är helt fantastisk! Faciliteterna är mycket bra med ett välutrustat och stort kök (inklusive en bra grill) som bjuder in till matlagning. Det finns två olika uteplatser att äta på; dock lämpar sig den ena bättre om man är ett större sällskap. Vi bodde som mest 9 personer i huset och utrymmen, duschar, tvättmöjligheter etc. räcker till och blir över. Poolen är stor och mycket trevlig; reser man med barn finns det även ett förråd med diverse badleksaker, luftmadrasser etc. att låna vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Alla sovrum är utrustade med Air Conditioner vilket är mycket välkommet med tanke på att det kan bli varma dagar och nätter. Värt att tänka på är att huset ligger några km från tätorten Calpe, och det ligger högt upp på en mycket brant bergsluttning. Vår rekommendation är därför att hyra bil under vistelsen. Sammantaget är det ett fantastiskt hus som är så pass bra att vi mer än gärna återvänder, och inte ens har tankar på att kolla på andra boenden i området.
