Beachfront apartment, one of the main ones in Calpe, La Fosa. Direct departure to the promenade. Beach at 5 meters. Large terrace with magnificent sea views. Communal swimming pool. 2 rooms and capacity for 6 people. 1st with double bed for 2 people, built-in wardrobe. 2nd with two single beds and closet, and 3rd, living / dining room with sofa / bed for two people of standard size. All services a few meters away (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ...) kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker etc ... 40 "TV with Spanish channels and ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, WIFFI private connection, PARKING, heating 1 electric radiator in room 2500W. Peñon D`Ifach Natural Park at 400m and Les Salines at 300m, an exceptional place for bird watching. Its special location makes it special for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the beach and its activities all day.
Apartment 15km from Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) and 40km from the Altet airport (Alicante).

Appartement 1ère ligne CALP : fantastique !!!!!

Tout était parfaitement parfait pour mon séjour de 3 semaines à Calp avec mes 3 petits chiens Gabriel est un hôte adorable, toujours disponible/réactif si besoin (corbeille de fruits et bouteille de vin blanc en cadeau d'accueil) Cet appartement coche toutes les cases : plage et le majestueux Penon d'Ifach aux pieds - Emplacement ( parking privé avec car port à 2mns à pied) - calme, équipements parfait (à l'exception des 3 poêles .. rayées, inutilisables .. : Gabriel, svp, un petit investissement serait le bienvenu, merci).

Sunny Stay in Calpe

We had a lovely time in this well located and well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfy and we generally slept well. The only downside was that you can hear some noise from other properties. Whilst this was no problem during the day, on a couple of nights this did disturb our sleep. The view to the sea and Ifach rock is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our stay. Thanks Gabriel

Great stay in Calpe

we had a lovely time in Calpe. The apartment was spotless and our host Gabriel was very kind and helpful. The location could not be better as the apartment is just steps from the beach, and has a fabulous sea view. We would highly recommend this great apartment. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and lots to do in the area. The parking space is a big bonus too. Many thanks Gabriel.

Lovely apartment in amazing location

This is a really lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, a kitchen with everything. Also lots of extras such as salt, herbs, washing up liquid, hand wash, washing powder, plastic bags, even cling film. And wow what a fantastic location, directly in front of the gorgeous beach. So nice to sit on the balcony watching the world go by. Right on the front so you have loads of great restaurants and bars a few steps away. You can hire sun loungers on the beach for 18 Euros a day. The pool is round the back and is a good size, never busy really. Gabriel is so lovely, amazing communication and met us on arrival. Also left fresh fruit, water, juice, wine for us, very thoughtful. Our first time in Calpe, will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gabriel’s lovely apartment.

Conforme a l'annonce

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gabriel, avec quelques petites attentions qui nous attendaient. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce, très bien situé face à la mer. Un apartamento con todas las comodidades, aire acondicionado, ventiladores en el techo, perfectamente surtido de todo lo necesario. Amplio y cómodo. La ubicación inmejorable. A un minuto de la playa y el paseo de Calpe. La atención del propietario ha sido exquisita. Desde su recepción al llegar hasta la salida, donde incluso nos ayudó con el equipaje. PARADISIAQUE

Pour commencer nous tenons à remercier notre hôte Gabriel qui est une personne remarquable ! Très accueillant, à l'écoute, serviable et disponible et pour qui, le bien être de ses locataires est une priorité ! Son appartement est en parfait état, très propre et spacieux. La literie est très confortable. De la terrasse la vue est époustouflante! On peut y admirer le majestueux Penon de Ifach qui est accessible à pieds. La plage est magnifique ! Gabriel a aussi prévu des jouets de plage, parasol, chaises, raquettes... Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour passer un excellent séjour ! Françoise et Didier

Sehr sauberes und zweckmäßiges Ambiente. Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Kleiner Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es für die schlechten Matratzen in den Betten.

Perfect location in La Fossa beach

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, Las Salinas but most importantly right in front of the beach! We could listen to the sound of the waves in the apartment and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every day! The apartment was clean and the pictures shown were spot- on. Gabriel was great and punctual when checking us in and the last day when we left, even when we requested a very early departure. We appreciated his kind gestures of fruit on the table, wine and snacks. We will most definitely consider this rental for a future trip to Calpe!

Séjour très agréable sur cette fin d'année

un joli appartement en bord de mer sur Calpe, un environnement très agréable ou tout peu se faire a pied, un aménagement piétonnier le long du littoral permet de belles balades, le soleil était de la partie très reposant sur cette fin décembre. Gabriel est a l'écoute et présent pour ses vacanciers, malgré le barrage de la langue, merci le traducteur. Bon séjour sur cette belle station balnéaire

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Gabriels Apartment! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, der Sonnenaufgang, das Rauschen des Meeres… Gabriel hieß uns herzlich willkommen mit einem großen Obstkorb und gekühlten Getränken (Softs, Saft, Wein)! Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super freundlich, er hat immer binnen kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Aufgrund eines verspäteten Flugs kamen wir spät an- kein Problem- wir wurden dennoch persönlich empfangen! Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Strandspielzeug, Küchenausstattung, Handtücher. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! ☺️ Danke für die schöne Zeit, Gabriel!

Fabulous beach front apartment

Super clean on arrival, the host Gabriel is so accommodating and fair. The flat is as close to the sea as you can get. Probably only 10 feet away. Its so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfy beds. This apartment really is incredible. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement de Gabriel à Calpe, très bien situé; l'accueil de Gabriel est formidable avec des boissons et des fruits pour nous accueillir. Un parking à disposition est un plus indispensable; Nous avons aimé dans la région nos escapades à Denia et Valencia. nous aimons beaucoup Calpe très agréable station balnéaire, très belles plages et joli village. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y venons !!!! nous recommandons !!!
