Beachfront Apartment

We loved the apartment , it’s clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the location there are many restaurants and bars and it’s easy to walk to old town. We would rent here again. Thank you from Canada

Amazing apartment!!! Would recommend 100%. Prefect location metres from the beach . So well equipped ,has everything we needed and more. The owners were so helpfull as well . Hopefully will be returning .

Fantastic balcony and views

Loved the location and sea view this property brings. Very large property, but could do with a little updating. Both bathrooms are looking very tired and old. However if you don’t mind that the balcony and view more than makes up for that. We had a lovely week there.

Beachfront Promenade/Perfect

This apartment was wonderful for the 2 of us spending October away from the rains we have at home. Fabulous terrace large enough for dining. Fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for the beach. I would not recommend for 2 couples because the window of the second bedroom looks into the air shaft. Probably fine for a family with kids. We walked everywhere and never used a car. Sunrises over the sea everyday with gorgeous views. Altea itself is wonderful.

Fijne locatie!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Altea. De locatie is geweldig zoals ook anderen in hun recensies hebben gezegd; aan de boulevard met alles wat we nodig hadden bij de hand of op loopafstand. Het uitzicht over de zee is prachtig. De keuken en bijhorende inrichting waren prima. Het twee persoons matras van de grote slaapkamer lag goed. Ook erg fijn is dat er een inpandige parkeerplaats is. Een parkeerplaats dichtbij op straat vinden viel zelf nu (december) niet mee. Dat zal in het hoogseizoen heel moeilijk zijn. In- en uitrijden van de garage is echter een uitdaging! Hoe groter de auto, hoe groter die uitdaging.Het comfort van de accommodatie viel ons verder eerlijk gezegd tegen. Dat heeft extra TLC nodig. Het bankstel zit niet echt lekker meer en het meubilair binnen is wat gedateerd. De badkamers werken maar zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Wanneer de zon schijnt en je naar buiten kunt is dat allemaal niet erg. Maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

heerlijk appartement op een fijne plek aan de boulevard met alles op loopafstand. terrassen met eventueel ontbijt, supermarkt, markt winkels , bushalte en tram/trein naar Benidorm, Alicante

Apartamento en Altea

El Apartamento está muy bien situado, muy cuidado, limpio y la cocina bien equipada. Aunque está encima de un bar/cafetería no ha supuesto ninguna molestia. Se está agusto y tiene buenas vistas. El único problema es la plaza de garaje. Para un coche mediano - grande, es muy complicado tanto aparcar, como salir del parking.
