Nice apartment with great terrace + view

We enjoyed our time here. We had an issue with the internet at first but the host was quick to resolve the problem. Nice space for long term or short term stays.

Large appartment with great view

The location is stunning! Wonderful view from the large terrass and quiet area. Pool with nice surrounding. You can tell the appartment is for renting. Several tiles that were either broken or loose. A damp smell in the second bedroom that did not go away even though we vented

The Terrazas Altea

The apartment is very tired looking and needs renovating, towels/ linens and bedding need replacing, a lot of repairs need doing to bring it up to the 5* rating the owners put on it. Russell the host met us and was very courteous and helpful, we could not find fault with his services and excellent local knowledge. We were charged 35 euros a week for electricity without the owners knowing how much we used. No British TV and music library. A car is essential

Groeten, Ides

Dit is het appartement van onze familie. Locatie is inderdaad perfect.

Hello, Good news: there is a new sofa on the terrace. The strong Spanish sunlight impacted previous sofa suddenly. We had to look for a new one. It is there now. There is lots of parking space close to the apartment. Normally the Indoor parking is not foresee. The parking lots are very narrow and we want to avoid damage to your or other cars during the short holiday break. The apartment has a stunning view indeed. To enter the apartment there is a stairway from 2 sides: one stair upwards from the lower entry, 2 stairs down from the upper (parking) entry. Until today, we had no comments about this.

Tranquilidad

No falta detalle.
