Such a treat to swim and play with the kids
We loved our stay! I chose a single-story unit since we have two kids under five, and it was perfect for us. The place was clean, and the kitchen was well-organized. The pool was amazing, indoors and warm! It was such a treat to swim and play with the kids. We also enjoyed the location, it was so convenient. Right down the mountian, close to the downtown area, without being in the traffic zone. Thank you so much!

Rooms were spacious with big closets
We had two couples sharing this condo and it was lovely. It was very clean, rooms were spacious with big closets and the aesthetic was warm and homey. The kitchen was stocked well for a rental and we were able to make breakfast and dinner easily. We walked downtown to the plaza several of the days without any trouble. When we called during business hours, we were able to get restocked supplies (since our stay was longer) on the same day.

Great Stay
We have been going to Santa Fe for over 30 years and have enjoyed every trip. We discovered Fort Marcy several years ago and that is the only place we stay. Close to the plaza. Very nice, comfortable, affordable and quite. We highly recommend it.
Good location near town and very quiet. Plenty of parking, nice grounds. Condo was spacious and clean. We would not say that it is "gorgeous" due to the furnishings and decorations, but that is our opinion. Well equipped as well.

Lovely and Comfortable Accomodations
I stayed with a friend at a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. We loved the design and the decor and felt very comfortable there. The kitchen was ample and well equipped, and everything — appliances, lights, Wifi, keypad entry, etc. worked perfectly. We took advantage of the lovely pool and wandered the well-tended grounds. We appreciated the location and the short distance to downtown, although it's a steep return, for those who aren't good walkers. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Construction Noise
The unit itself is nice. However the primary bed room sleeps warm because the air flow to the room is weak. The main reason for the poor review is the construction going on across the unit that started everyday at 630am. On Sunday the construction crew was even walking on the roof of this unit. It is loud so sleeping in was not an option. We were not told about the construction prior to making the reservation. Once there, we were told construction starts between 7-9am and not on Sunday. This was not true. Construction went on every day except Monday because it was raining. The construction also closed the 2 nearest parking lots making loading and unloading a little difficult because the complex is on hill. If you stay here inquire about construction prior to booking. Without construction it's probably a nice place to stay.
