Modern furnished on 54 m ², the apartment Relax offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment shines with a south-west facing balcony and modern facilities in a light-filled ambience.
Quiet location
The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located, is located about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes. The train station and shopping are just around the corner. Perfect for a journey by train!

1 room with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. The sleeping area is a bit separated by a room divider and has a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and a large dresser with plenty of storage space. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living area you can reach the south-west facing balcony (loggia) with seating. The toilet is located in a separate room. In addition, the modern bathroom with a bathtub including rain shower completes the beautiful apartment.

Die Wohnung war gut, Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage eine herausforderung nur mit kleinem PKW möglich außen parken wünschenswert.Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet.Die Küche ist Top!! Balkon sehr gut.Fernseher sehr gut platziert.aber (Fernbedienung eingeschränkt)Wlan-schlecht. Das Bett eine Katastrophe man liegt fast am Boden Brett und Lattenrost. Die Sitzecke ist in die Tage gekommen.Aber sonnst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen .Tiefgarage und zwei Etagen haben eine sportliche Note.Für Leute über 70 weniger. Es grüssen Sie. Werner und Lisa

Die FeWo war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben ,man hat alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist in ca. 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. ( leider hatten wir während unserem Aufenthalt eine Baustelle vor dem Haus )

Relax Ferienwohnung August 2022

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage ist gut. 15-20 Minuten bis zum Zentrum sind gemütlich zu laufen. Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in der Anlage und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.

Schöne sonnendurchflutete Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, die sehr nett eingerichtet ist. Mit einem langen Auto kann der Parkplatz, der von einer Seite von einer Wand begrenzt ist, schwierig genutzt werden. Erfreulich war der kurze Weg zur Bäckerei. Insgesamt haben wir uns gut erholt.

Alles vorhanden. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Funktionierende brauchbare Austattung war vorhanden. Ein Strandkorb am Strand war inbegriffen. In der Tiefgarage sollte man die Abmessungen seines Fahrzeuges kennen...;) In der Zusammenschau empfehlenswert!

Agentur war sehr nett und freundlich vor Ort. Allerdings waren die Matratzen nicht sauber, das WLAN hat nie funktioniert und die TV-Programme ließen zu wünschen übrig. Wir würde die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es wäre nur schön, wenn zum Duschen ein Griff für den Einstieg wäre, da die Wanne sehr hoch und breit ist, als kleine Anmerkung. Der Weg zum Strand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung gern weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Der Name ist also Programm. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. Der Weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt war auch ok, da wir gut zu Fuß sind. Der einzige Haken war, dass die Internetverbindung nur am Küchentisch optimal war. Das war sehr schade. Und die beiden Töpfe, die da waren, waren zum Spaghetti-Kochen doch sehr klein:-)

Wohnung ist top, aber die Lage eher schlecht. Bei offenen Fenstern oder auf dem Balkon stört der Verkehrslärm der naheliegenden Hauptverkehrsstraßen doch ein wenig.
