Ski getaway

This is a beautiful property and convenient location for skiing at Mt Tremblant. Could use a bit more cookware and cleaning supplies. Beds are comfortable but the bunk bed is a bit squeaky whenever someone turns. Hot tub is nice to have for sure.

Family ski vacation

Good location with short drive to ski hill. Check in process clear and property manager responsive promptly. Chalet lacking in some kitchen supplies, like no oven mitts or corning ware for example to cook anything in oven. Hot tub nice and well maintained. Chairs in main sitting area pretty uncomfortable and could use some end tables to place drink on. Beds good. Could use extra beach type towels for hot tub. One shower towel provided per person only so if long hair to wrap up was an issue. Cleanliness was okay. The lights by the washer dryer are not working. Lots of space for our family.

Hello Angela Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the missing items in the kitchen, we would have loved to hear that during your stay to provide you with them, however, our team has been placed in the house for future guests. Additionally, since your stay, we have added extra towels for using the hot tub to improve the guest experience and the maintenance team has taken care of the light on the laundry area. We appreciate your comments as they helped us to identify opportunity areas. Once again thank you for staying with us!
