Apartment No. 5 UTERSUM is part of the Wieben apartment complex, a family-friendly complex with a total of 7 apartments in a quiet natural setting.

The apartment is a spacious and open-plan 5-room apartment on the 1st Floor for max. 6 people, approx. 100 sqm, 1 living room with open kitchen and dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, satellite / smart TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 children's rooms with a single bed each, 2 bathrooms with bath / toilet / washing machine and shower / WC, furnished balcony with a spacious 35 sqm and Fatboy hammock, free WiFi

The apartment is ideal for families with children. There is a large garden with a spacious lawn in front of the apartment, game house, sandpit, swing, trampoline and soccer goal.

We have put a lot of effort and thought into the equipment of the apartment and oriented ourselves to what we want as a family even on vacation.

The Wieben apartment complex is located in the quiet district of St. Peter-Böhl. On Böhler Strand with shallow water you will find peace and relaxation and of course the Böhler lighthouse. Here nature dominates with the dune landscape, the salt marshes and pine forests.

Tolles Appartment 😉

Es war alles wie beschrieben 👌Wirklich Klasse. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und es war die richtige Zeit. Das Haus ist toll für Familien mit Kindern !!! In der Hauptsaison würden wir es nicht buchen. Da sollten Familien mit Kindern unter sich sein. Aber das ist nicht negativ, eher sogar positiv. Der Garten bietet alles Was Kinder sich wünschen !!! Wenn wir überhaupt was anmerken sollten dann das die Balkone eine Durchsicht bräuchten da hie einige Bretter lose sind und Stolperfallen zu beachten sind. Aber bitte das ist nich falsch zu verstehen sondern nur ein Tip !! Für 4 Erwachsene war das App 5 Top !! Die Schnarcher 😔☝️hatten ihre kleinen Zimmer ( sogar mit Spielzeug 😂) Und es passte Top. Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit mit der Vermieterin absolut Klasse. Danke Frau Wieben !!! Gern kommen wir mal wieder 🌞😉😎

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten ein Mädelswochenende und haben uns von Donnerstag bis Sonntag in der schönen Wohnung eingebucht. Alles perfekt, schöne helle Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat einen tollen Balkon zum Verweilen. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Tolles, großes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung und auch sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch der riesige Balkon ist sehr schön. Nur leider war die Hängematte nicht auffindbar. Wir waren zu sechst mit Hund in der Wohnung und hatten sehr viel Platz. Auch die zwei Bäder waren absolut von Vorteil. Immer wieder gerne und sehr zu empfehlen.
