It has a chic balcony with direct view of the Baltic Sea (as the crow flies to the beach: 50 m).   The furnished in maritime style 2-bedroom apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 mattress), a beautiful living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a private parking space directly at the house , In the brightly furnished living room, a cozy couch and a large dining table invite you to linger. The floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure light-filled living enjoyment and provide access to the balcony. The underfloor heating and the adjustable ventilation provide in all seasons for a pleasant indoor climate and comfort. Flatscreen TV's with radio program in the living room and bedroom belong to the modern equipment of this apartment.
