New for the 2025 season - a private saltwater 12x24 pool with sun deck and extended patio. Inside you will find a bright, fresh and newly remodeled 4-level ocean view home within the Ocean Hammock resort area. Four large bedrooms have King size beds and one bedroom with 2 full beds-all new bedding and furniture. 4 full bathrooms. Huge kitchen w/new appliances, quartz countertops, loads of seating for entertaining, enjoy the contemporary fireplace! Two large balconies, beautiful seating areas and gorgeous lake views! For the adults-take the spiral staircase up to the 4th level and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the “eagles nest”- the ultimate sunset perch with ocean views! The house is equipped to handle all your vacation needs--bring your food, your clothes and your personal belongings---we have the rest including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, linens, bikes, & a fully stocked kitchen w/ glassware/dinnerware/utensils for large families. Maximum occupancy is 10 including children.

For your recreational enjoyment-you will have less than a minute walk to Cinnamon Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and plenty of beach to lounge in the Florida sunshine. The community has two large heated pools available to our guests. The adults only ocean front pool or the family friendly lakeside pool & clubhouse are a two minute walk away. This house is a perfect location for the community amenities! Home is well appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation! Enjoy the many restaurants that Palm Coast offers along with plentiful golf courses in the area. Historic St. Augustine a 45 minute drive north or head 30 minutes south to Daytona Beach.

Great home, wonderful host

We booked the home for an extended family vacation. The home was perfect - clearly Dave takes a lot of care to make sure everything is in great shape. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely pool. Check-in was effortless and Dave was super communicative.We recommend this home and we'll certainly be coming back.

The pool was great, the little ones enjoyed the ease of walking in and the mini shallow area to sit. The adults appreciated all the safety devices to keep the little ones safe around the pool. Location to the beach and community pool was awesome. Three levels of living worked well with the group we had. Host had great communication

Great all-around place

I have stayed at numerous Palm Coast houses over the years and this one is one of my favorites. Nice layout. Plenty of outdoor space. Nice new pool. Well appointed. Not trying to be fancy. Plenty of bedrooms. Great owner. Great location. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Family Holiday

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. The property is in a great location, and there were 9 of us, and plenty of room for us to all spread out and have our own space. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we felt very welcome and informed along the way. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Clean and has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need and just a short walk to the beach and pool. We will be back!

Palm Coast vacation

The house was Amazing. The bikes and beach equipment enabled to pack lighter with what we needed to bring. I can't imagine anything for improvement. Palm Coast is Special !!

Great space + location

We've stayed in Cinnamon Beach before so knew what to expect from the community but we decided to pick a new house this year. It ended up being a great choice. Great space for our party of 9 (five kids) which included plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and two living spaces. The kids really enjoyed the backyard and all of the beach equipment that came with the house. The host was SUPER responsive to any request we had. Highly recommend.

Great property in Palm Coast

We've stayed in a Palm Coast house every year for the Daytona 500 race week and have stayed in about a dozen different houses in the Hammock Beach area. This property is one of the better ones with a nicer layout and modern feel. Would definitely stay there again.

A great family vacation place

The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group (we had 10). We really enjoyed the beach (lots of beach chairs), the neighborhood ( plenty of bikes to explore the area), and the spa like pools (one for kids and one for adults). We were told by someone who visits the beach frequently that turtles come out at times and March across the sand. That would have been fun to witness but only learned about it on our last day. I would highly recommend this property for large families.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable. The house was fully stocked with all our needs. Perfect walking distance to the pool and beach with all the equipment you could imagine! If we come back to that area we would love to stay in this house again!

Beautiful Property

Property and house are absolutely beautiful. Online pictures accurately represent the house which is well stocked with everything you should need for a vacation stay. Property manager is super responsive to request and inquiries. He notified us of a broken freezer handle before we checked in and immediately came out to make the repair. The following has absolutely nothing to do with the house or owner, but families need to be aware that beach erosion, assuming from last summer's storms, has exposed huge rocks along the shoreline and out in the water which makes the ocean completely inaccessible and unsafe. You will have to travel away from the property if you wish to play or cool off in the ocean. The rocks are bad enough that it even made fishing from the shoreline impossible.

A really great house and a great stay

Highly recommend. The house was great. My wife and I went down with both daughters and their families. One family on terrace level, one family on main level and my wife and I stayed in great suite on 3rd floor. The house was beautiful and had everything necessary. Beach access was very good and pool was a very short walk as well. I was considering saying it was horrible so we have more open weeks to book next year. But I can't do that to our hosts. They were great to work with.

Great rental

This house was incredible! We spend a week at the beach with our family every year and this was the best rental yet. It was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, pot, pan, equipment that you could need. The owner was generous with cleaning supplies, which we appreciated. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the selection of board games and beach toys/chairs. We highly recommend this house!

A perfect working getaway!

We've stayed many times, on-site, at the Hammock Beach Resort for my husband's work conference. Because of our growing family, we decided to stay off-site this time but close enough to the resort for my husband. Our stay at Dave and Cathy's home was just what our adult family of 9 needed! We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing balconies, location to the beach/pools, and the cleanliness of their home. This is one of those rare vacation homes you walk into and feel right at home! Thanks again for hosting us.

Love it!!

This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable home! We were looking for a property with an open floorplan and a well stocked kitchen in which to gather for Thanksgiving. It was absolutely perfect. It’s well laid out for multi family gatherings or families with teenagers. My teens loved having their own area in the basement and appreciated the games. I loved the sitting area and eagles nest off the master bedroom. The furniture is all beautiful and comfortable, the property is quiet and peaceful with nice views. It’s a very short walk to the beach and pool/beach grill area. We were only able to eat at the grill once, but the food and drinks were yummy and people working there were very friendly. Communication from the owner was awesome, he included lots of recommendations nearby which was much appreciated. They have put a lot of thought and effort into making this an accommodating and comfortable home and it shows. They even left a card and nice bottle of wine for us. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Perfect location!

The location of this property is perfect! Just steps from the beach. The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for the beach. We would definitely rent this location again. The only negative items were that the cleaners did not do a great job prior to our arrival, and the floors squeak so put light sleepers on the top floor. Other than that (which is extremely minor) the property is perfect.

Great House For a Great Vacation

Very nice, well stocked and equipped house for our family group of 10. Plenty of room for our group to spread out. The bikes and beach chairs were all in good shape, and it was a relief not to have to bring our own. The beach is just a short walk as is the distance to two pools. Dave was very responsive to numerous questions we had, and it has to be said he was an excellent host. I definitely recommend the house and the host.

We had a great stay in Dave's home - it was the perfect size for our extended family of 10. It was modern, very comfortable and we could all snuggle around the TV at night watching movies. The access to the beach through the back yard is super convenient and we were back from the beach each day in minutes. The pools and area were good too but the house was outstanding. Thanks Dave

Our home has been completely remodeled featuring new appliances, new beds, new furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas, all the linens you will need and all the kitchen utensils you will need for your stay. Just bring your food, clothes and your time.
