The sunny CASA CLARANA is a free-standing, single-storey Mallorcan family home. It is located in a 250 m2 evergreen Mediterranean and fenced garden. Guests have 150 m2 of living space on two levels.
The guest reaches the 1st Floor. There is a 25 m2 south-west-facing sun terrace equipped with sun shade patio furniture, with an all-round view of the village of Sa Rapita, on the 9 km long Es Trenc beach, to Colonia St. Jordi 15 km away. Furthermore, in the 1st Floor a bedroom for 2 people with satellite TV, a small hall and the bathroom with shower.
There are 2 further bedrooms on the ground floor of Casa Clarana. One bedroom with a large double bed and another with 2 single beds. Furthermore there is another bathroom with shower, the living-dining room with satellite TV and a well-equipped open kitchen. From the living area you can access the terrace and the Mediterranean garden.
There is also a small technical room with a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and other storage options.
The Chalet Casa Clarana is equipped with visible wooden beams, which ensure a natural and Mediterranean ambience. There is double glazing, mosquito nets in front of the windows on the ground floor, sliding patio doors and shutters.

In summer there is a bus connection to Palma about 5 times a day from Sa Rapita.
