Nice Property- Terrible Communication

We have rented through VRBO for several years. The property was nice, but I will never book another place that is managed by VACASA.

Great layout. Few problems.

We were surprised to find that there are actually 5 sleeping areas…4 bedrooms and a loft. Our family of 13 fit very comfortably in the home. There were plenty of beds, bedding, and towels for everyone. The 3 full bathrooms were super helpful for our large family. The large open living/dining room/kitchen was fantastic for us all to visit and enjoy our time together while still preparing meals. We did encounter a few problems. When we entered the home at check in time, the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. However Vacasa was quick to come to an agreement with us to resolve the issue quickly. The dryer never worked and wasn’t resolved. We were told because it was a busy week and due to lack of employees and parts it couldn’t be fixed by the end of our stay. That was a bummer since we were using the lake and needed dry towels daily and with the rain we couldn’t put them outside. Overall, we we very happy with the house and would stay here again.

Fantastic!

Wonderful Condo with Amazing Lake views! Had an great kitchen with everything our family needed as well! This location had something for all of our family members to do when not on the lake with the additional amenities.
