Come enjoy our spacious 2-story condo, where you can hear the waves from the porch! You cannot beat the location of this condo! It's located just 300 yards (4 minute walk) from the area's premier public beach access, within walking distance of some of Destin/Miramar's best beachfront dining, and a short drive from the best shopping and dining in Destin. When you come home for the day, you'll love how spacious this 1,250 square foot, newly renovated condo feels. It has plenty of room for your family activities, with a large open-concept living-dining room and expansive (fully stocked) kitchen. Enjoy the views of the beautifully landscaped common area and pool from the porch off the kitchen. Our condo is ready to make your beach getaway easy, with a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the stairs to the unit, beach supplies and chairs, a stocked kitchen, and a Roku TV for streaming. Condo renovations this spring included all new flooring on the second floor, new beds and mattresses, new sectional, and fresh paint.

Wonderful Stay on the Emerald Coast

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Jordan was super responsive anytime we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing beach getaway!

Exceptionally clean condo with new, comfy couch and beds. Quiet unit and location, yet just a few minutes walk to a beautiful public beach. Walking distance to bars/restaurants and just a block away from seaside walking/running/biking trail. Excellent communication throughout 🙌🏻

An excellent place to stay!

We loved staying at your beautiful condo for our family vacation. Everything was well decorated and well kept. The bedroom doors stuck a little and the microwave didn’t have electricity to it. But everything else was fantastic! Everything was supplied and worked perfectly. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks again!

Location is key

This home was conveniently located. It was walking distance to the beach and Pompano’s restaurant. There is also a company that handles water sports at Pompanos. That was also convenient. We were able to do the banana boat and parasail without having to drive to the Marina. The only thing that was a little bothersome is the upstairs seemed to be warm and couldn’t maintain a cool temp like downstairs. The property also needs to repaint the parking numbers. Someone parked in our designated Parking spot a few times so we just parked in visitors which wasn’t much of an inconvenience
