Uns fehlt der Service „Betten bezugsbereit“ bei der Ankunft. Wir mieten schon seit Jahren immer wieder Ferienwohnungen und schätzen diesen Service sehr. Der Balkon bei dieser Wohnung ist relativ klein und wird noch versperrt durch einen grossen Topf mit stacheligen Blättern. Ein 2. Liegestuhl wäre kein Luxus, hätte im Moment jedoch keinen Platz. Weite Rundsicht ist sehr schön. Wir suchen für nächstes Jahr wieder eine Wohnung, sofern möglich näher am Meer oder allenfalls im Point Zero. Mit fre

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le coté pratique, la vue depuis l'appartement et les jeux et livres pour les enfants, il faisait frais donc nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, lumineux, vue agréable, petite terrasse agréable et bien équipée, appartement propre (tapis du salon et les coussins du canapé moyennement propres) pas de climatisation mais chambres au nord donc assez fraiches cependant avec fenêtres ouvertes c'est un peu bruyant car il y a une rue principale pas loin + rue devant l'immeuble (parking + ramassage des poubelles) un peu gênant pour moi qui habite à la campagne peut être moins gênant pour des citadins

Super appartement ***

Super appartement, double exposition avec deux terrasses (une grande et une petite) + une loggia. On est en hauteur, donc vue sympa sur la Grande-Motte avec la mer au fond. Tout équipé (électroménager, machine à laver) il semble avoir été rénové il y a peu, comme le laissent voir les photos (pas de mauvaise surprise, vous louez ce que vous voyez). Résidence bien tenue. Je précise qu'il y a bien un ascenseur (non précisé sur l'annonce).
