Family setting on 24hr trail for easy access to Little Sahara State Park.

Privately fenced located on the main trail to Little Sahara State park. Parking inside of fencing for vehicles and trailers. 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished home. All linens and bedding included. House is equipped with washer, dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, range with oven, kitchen table and chairs, microwave, couch, chair, recliner, and two beds.

This is 1 of 2 mobiles in complex. Houses can be rented together.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all towels on top of washer and all bedding on to of the dryer.
Put all trash in can located near the gate. When you exit the property please place the trash cans outside of the gate.

Terrific set up and CLEAN

Everything was welcoming and super clean. Great set up. Fenced in yard added privacy and security and enabled the family dog to run freely and enjoy trip us as well information book had all information we could possibly need while there. Very comfortable HIGHLY recommend!

We are retired educators that have been bringing our children to the dunes for 30+ years. We moved here in May and purchased this property. We have 3 grown kids with 7 grandchildren with another on the way. We try to provide a clean safe place to bring your family . Please enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

There are two mobile homes on the site which makes it nice for a larger family stay. The site is located on the main trail to the dunes and is accessible 24 hours.
