Exquisitely remodeled modern lake property on over 2 acres of scenic Lake Holbrook with your own private 210 feet of shoreline. Huge Private Front Porch with rocking chairs, Adirondacks, 3 fans, can lights, dining table and more! Enjoy your favorite drink on the porch while staring out at the lake. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 13 with an open concept living room w/ gas fireplace and modern kitchen with black stainless appliances and reclaimed glass counters. Kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery/cups/plates/coffee mugs/small appliances and other items you'd expect to have to allow for cooking and enjoying meals at the home. Plenty of Parking at the home including covered parking right by the entrance. Lot's of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends. Enjoy use of kayaks, canoe, fire pit, and fishing equipment. Incredible nights await by the firepit stargazing while staring over an open flame and catching up with friends. Awesome private sand beach down at the lake. Game themed home comes with ping pong, foosball, basketball, video arcade system, board games, cornhole, fishing and tetherball to name a few. Plenty of room to bring your boat and pull right up to the shoreline. The house will only be booked to you and your party! However we will be available by phone, email or text should you need anything during your stay. Rural Peaceful Lake setting about 5 miles from downtown Mineola, TX where you’ll find shops, restaurants, fast food, Walmart and the historic downtown area. We’re approx 1 hour to Dallas area, 30 minutes to Canton for Trade Days and about 30 minutes to Tyler, TX.. Solid Wheel chair ramp just installed to allow for ADA compliance and guests with disabilities. Come enjoy the lake!!

Great place to stay. The master bedroom is incredible with the deep-soaking tub and the shower spoiled me. Great view from the front porch of the lake. We would get up early to see a sky full of stars and deer visiting the front lawn. We had a bbq for friends and family who came for our wedding, and made a small fire in the pit on the side patio. There’s plenty of room for multiple guests as well. The dock across the street was fun for the grandkids and just sitting to enjoy the quiet. Great place.

We had a wonderful time staying at Game On. There was so much for us all to do. We played games, enjoyed the water activities in the lake, never a dull moment. This was a perfect location for our family to all come together for a long weekend and enjoy some family time. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Quiet area with minimal traffic in the neighborhood and the lake. Didn’t realize the lake access wasn’t attached to the house property until we arrived. It’s actually a short walk across the road but not far at all really. Other than that everything was as described.

This was a great place to stay for a week of relaxation and fun with our extended family. The lake house is well-equipped with nice amenities. Morning coffee on the expansive front porch looking toward the lake was the perfect way to begin each day. The cute town of Mineola is nearby, with parks, golfing, restaurants, and shopping, as well as the nature reserve. Five stars only because that’s the most allowed!!

I HIGHLY recommend this property!!! Beautiful home filled with fun things to do!!! Outdoor activities a plenty and games galore!!! The beds were super comfy, and TUB... Heaven!!!! This is a beautiful home and has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. We loved the "Game On" theme. Direct access to the lake with plenty of kayaks and other water vessels so you can fish or just enjoy being on the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay.
