The neighborhood is quiet with caring neighbors. Access to all local beaches is approximately 20 minutes from the house, and the area offers excellent gastronomy options.
What makes this property unique
Elegant, peaceful, and very private.
The security of the private driveway is a major positive. I am also particularly drawn to the fact that the pool is situated at the back of the house, providing excellent privacy as it is not visible from the street.
The various outdoor spaces—including areas for quiet sitting, the back porch, the gazebo, and the picnic table—sound ideal for both individual relaxation and entertaining a large group while maintaining a sense of seclusion.
