40 secluded acres of hiking trails, pond, meadows and small waterfalls contingent on the amount of rain fall and other factors, yet so close to Bryson City dining, shopping, and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Spectacular views from every room. Bunk room for the kids with 3 sets of Bunk Beds. Enjoy the stars by the fire while you make smores. We are 13 miles from Nantahala Outdoor Center for world class paddling or just enjoy the beautiful views.

Hike the trails right outside the front door. Sit by the gurgling stream and write that letter or novel you’ve been thinking about ! We come here often with 4 kids and enjoy every minute of what this magical place has to offer.

Vacation rental owner for almost a decade which allows us to travel and meet wonderful people. We are a family of 6 who love exploring the world. We have successfully swapped houses in many states as well as to host people from all over the world. We really love our home every season we are there. The opportunity to hike right out our front door has always been a dream. We love bringing community together and in the near future we hope to host music events, weddings, what ever makes peoples hearts happy and full. We are investing in more green energy and are excited to have solar in the near future and other green self sustaining rental opportunities on the property with total privacy.
Why they chose this property
Views, views, views with an easily navigable driveway, hiking trails , meadows, close to down town. There are so many reasons! We have been coming to NC for 25 years and this property is everything we have been looking for. Location, location, location ! Kayaking, hiking, swimming, boating, mountain biking, zip lining and tubing to name just a few activities to close by ! The smoky mountain railroad for holiday memories ! Great food and friendly people .
