Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Crystal Moon is a nice, spacious home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, that sleeps 8 guests. This house is located in the Pearl Beach subdivision. This cute, affordable home is everything you’ll need to have a great vacation. You’ll love the open kitchen and living area, it is the perfect spot to spend time with family. The home has WIFI so you can stay connected or stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Just enter the passwords. The kitchen has everything you would need to make the perfect meal or a quick snack while on vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer centrally located to both rooms. Outside on the deck, is the perfect spot to sit with your favorite book or beverage and relax. This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of 200.00. Downstairs is completely fenced in which makes for a safe environment for children and pets while you grill your favorite dishes on the charcoal pit. When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk or drive away! After a long day of fun in the sun, don’t forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower! This home is equipped with a lift that is available for a non- refundable fee of $100 plus a lift remote fee of $100.00, that IS REFUNDABLE, upon return to office at departure.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
