It was very clean and had all the commodities we needed for our stay. I would recommend having more toilet paper available, so travelers do not have to bring with them.

This location is very accessible to beach pool and highways. The rooms and condo was very clean. I arrived an hour early and this was no problem. I got into the condo just fine with no hassle. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach with awesome views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets, this is the place to be. We loved being able to hear the ocean right outside our door as well.
The place was clean, nice and spacious. You are close to everything as far as restaurants, and stores, and Orange Beach is just down the road as well. Everyone we met staying there was nice as well as the people on the beach. We enjoyed having the beach chair service also...we didn't have to worry about getting up early to get a spot each morning. The balcony stretched across from the living room to the main bedroom with doors leading into both rooms. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise each morning. We will definitely stay here again.
The property is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere which was great. The unit itself was fine, but the amenities need updating. There were two coffee pots, one did not work. One side of the toaster worked. Washer and dryer are older. Master bed mattress could use an update. Patio furniture sparse and needs updating. It is pretty worn. Shower curtain in master did not reach the tub - easy fix, move the curtain rod. Looks like a property bought solely to make money. I’ve been visiting GS annually since 2006. I will be back to GS, but not to this unit.

The room was decent. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The floors felt slimy, not sure if it was a combination of humidity and dirty floors. Now I get on the shore your dealing with a lot of humidity but with a good air conditioning system l, think that could be held in check. One in our group about slipped and fell in the shower because there were no grips on the tub. I would think with the money that place turns over, these could easily be maintained. My last little complaint, we got 2 rolls of toilet paper. I don’t understand why some of that is not complimentary. I paid around 1500 bucks for this stay and thought some of these issues could be corrected. Don’t get me wrong I would stay again but dealing with “maintenance” people that I do in my line work, you have to make sure people are cleaning like they should and doing their job correctly! Just a side note, I do heating and air conditioning, so that’s why I picked at the humidity problem. It was like a cold wet blanket in that room.
