From the balcony of the offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area, as well as the nearest pebble beach, which is only a few hundred meters away. A common barbecue is available on the property. In the enchanting Primo?ten there are bars and restaurants along the promenade serving local specialties. Also worth visiting is the medieval town of ?ibenik and the Krka and Kornati National Parks.
