Duplex apartment in the Residenz am Kurpark

In the heart of Bad Rothenfelde in the historic Kurhaus, the 48 sqm maisonette apartment is on the top floor of an apartment house. It is easily accessible by elevator.
You park in the in-house parking lot.
The location of the apartment is right on the spa gardens and just a few steps from the Carpesol and the salt works.
It is only a few meters to the Schüchtermann clinic.
The apartment is very comfortable for two people,
more guests are possible by arrangement. Please ask for pets.
You will find a variety of restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is divided into a kitchen, in the upper area there is a shower room and a spacious bedroom with a beautiful view.

Urlaub in Bad Rothenfelde

Die Unterkunft ist gut und hat eine super Lage, mitten im Kurort. Die Gradierwerke und das Solebad sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man außerdem schöne Wanderungen und Rad-Touren durchführen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön, sehr zentral. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir mochten sehr gerne, dass sich ein Farbthema durch alle Bereiche gezogen hat - Dekoration, Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche... Das Bett war sehr gut, für uns nicht zu weich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, mit etwas sportlichem Aspekt, weil der Aufzug wegen größerer Umbaumaßnahmen einige Tage nicht in Betrieb war und 69 Stufen bis zur Wohnung zu bewältigen waren. So gab es ein Extra-Fitnessprogramm, was aber ja nicht schadet.

Es ist eine kleine, nette und gut ausgerichtete Wohnung. Das Bett war für uns ein bisschen zu weich. Wir können jederzeit die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Da wir eine weite Reise hinter uns hatten, durften mit Absprache der Vermieterin schon früher als 16:00 Uhr in die Wohnung. Danke

Schöne Wohnung, Top-Lage

Eine schnukkelige Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Bestens ausgestattet und sehr gutem Zustand. Danke vorallem für die Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank… das war nach der langen Fahrt toll. Die Terrasse ist abends sehr schön oder auch um Musik aus dem Konzertgarten zu hören… Man ist mitten im Ort und kann alles zu Fuß machen. Der hauseigene Parkplatz ist Gold wert…. Ein gelungener Urlaub…..

Preis / Leistung okay

Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war sogar Kaffee und Kaffeemilch da, was nach der Ankunft wirklich toll war. Leider fanden sich aber auch einige Hinterlassenschaften der Vorbewohner sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad. Was mich gerade zu Corona-Zeiten schon wundert, da Hygiene ja ein großer Faktor sein sollte. Das Bad ist okay aber in die Jahre gekommen, der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht an der Stange arretieren weil die Verschraubung defekt war und musste in die Hand genommen werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren toll aber rochen auch extrem nach Waschmittel oder Weichspüler was für Allergiker schwierig sein kann. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Positive überwiegt die kleineren „Mängel“ deutlich und ich kenne im Ort auch zwei weitere Unterkünfte die weder so freundlich vermietet noch so liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Alles in allem also durchaus empfehlenswert und vor allem bezahlbar.

Nette Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Alles nötige war da, komfortabeles Bett, und kleine Küche. Keinen Backofen aber mit jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vom Bäcker hat uns das nicht gefehlt. Beim Touristinfo haben wir sehr günstig Rähder gemietet für die ganze Woche, konnten die im angelegenen Schuppen nachts sicher abstellen. Einen schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne mal zurück.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen im Ortskern von Bad Rothenfelde. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt und Supermarkt und Bäcker sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Min. gut zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt.

Het appartement ziet er heel net uit en het is rustig gelegen, tegenover het appartement is een afgesloten parkeertrein waar je gratis kunt parkeren. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en mochten zelf wat eerder in het appartement en ook later het appartement weer verlaten. Op loopafstand is een klein winkelcentrum met leuke winkeltjes en restaurants, en de Carpesol Therme. Er zijn mooie dorpjes in de buurt zoals Bad Laer, Bad Iberg, Warendorf. We hebben er genoten van ons verblijf
