Stunning home in Spangenberg with WiFi

This renovated half-timbered house is located in the district Metzebach of Spangenberg in Hesse and offers space for up to 7 people. Due to its location, it is ideal for nature-loving hiking enthusiasts.



The beautiful vacation home from the year 1700 was renovated in 2017 and combines modern furnishings with traditional elements. On the first floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the living and dining room, where you can make yourself comfortable with the whole family.



On the 1st floor there are 4 separate bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms each have a cozy double bed, the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds. So the cottage is well suited for a large family or friendly couples.



The open terrace with a nice sitting area and barbecue invites you to enjoy meals together outdoors. Here you can relax and enjoy your day.



Horseback riding trips for children can be booked directly with the owner on weekends. Likewise, the classic filling of the refrigerator on the day of arrival can be ordered after prior notification to the owner.



The surrounding area offers many opportunities for hiking, biking or exploring nature. Signposted hiking trails and bike paths are available.

Trips to the high Meissner, Edersee and the surrounding area, to Malsfeld, Hess, Lichtenau, Melsungen, Kassel or Bad Hersfeld are possible.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit 4 Generationen

Insgesamt super. Das Haus ist sehr reichlich, mit allem was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Weit über das Maß, was man in anderen Unterkünften findet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, auf Anfragen unsererseits, kam umgehend eine Antwort. Die Nachbarn in dem kleinen Örtchen (etwa 150 Einwohner) waren alle sehr nett, freundliche und offen. Das Haus liegt mitten auf dem Land, in sehr schöner, ruhiger Umgebung. Ein Spielplatz ist im Ort, Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls in nicht allzu langen Fahrten möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es etwa 5 km weiter im nächst größeren Ort. Im Haus gefehlt hat lediglich eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit, besonders für die Älteste von uns ( 81 Jahre)

Gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Fachwerkhaus

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Highlight für die Kinder: Ponyreiten am Stall der Gastgeber. Der kleine Ort liegt in einem Funkloch, aber das Haus ist mit wlan ausgestattet.
