This property offers two main suites both overlooking the scenic tropical landscaping surrounding the pool. Two separate living areas feature plush sofa seating and massive wall-mounted smart TVs. Showcasing gorgeous, granite counters, rich cherry cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, the sparkling full kitchen comes well-appointed for at-home cooking. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar or in the dining area.

Enjoy outdoor entertainment on the fully screened patio. Grab a seat around the bar or relax in the cushioned patio furniture around the gas fire table. Pass-through windows connecting the kitchen to the bar area make it easy to serve up poolside snacks and drinks.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is no washer/dryer in this home. The homeowner will consider access to the garage for W/D usage for reservations longer than one week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
