Newest addition to our property is the large tiki hut for you to enjoy hanging out by the pool area! We are walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach 1.3 apprx miles or a short drive, POOL w/TRAVERTINE DECK, Tiki hut and tiki bar, grill, outdoor gas fireplace & tv in fenced yard, and bocce ball for more entertainment, hammock and plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. 20 min. south of the #1 named beach in 2018 Clearwater Beach & 25 min N. of John's Pass where you can enjoy dolphin cruises, boat rentals, jet skis, charter fishing, dining, & shops. 30-40 minutes from the Tampa airport and 20 minutes from Clearwater/St Pete airport! 35 min or so to Downtown St. Pete to enjoy more dining, art, parks, marina, night life etc. Home is very centrally located! Two great local parks in our neighborhood, one is known for the turtles & an observatory area to view many wild animals. Our home is convenient to Publix shopping center for your groceries. 1,200 square feet of comfort, privacy, entertainment, cleanliness and convenience located in this lovely local community. Walk to the several dining choices in the area and head down to the beach for sunset and an ice cream cone at one of the locals favorites, Kooky Coconut, and gather at the access for sunset you might catch a dolphin or two playing in the water! *Our home is 1.3 miles to Indian Rocks Beach, where many restaurants and shops - not to mention the beautiful sandy shores of the Gulf Coast - are eager for your visit! • We offer 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-sized bed new memory foam mattress and 1 with a queen-sized bed with a dream cloud mattress, a pull out couch with a memory foam topper and a loveseat, 1 full bath inside and 1 full pool bath in the utility room(not heated and cooled), beautiful pool area to enjoy the Florida sunshine and stay cooled off, 1/4 acres of land with a spacious fenced in yard, game room to keep everyone entertained, a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots pans, etc. washer & dryer, beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, gas grill, patio furniture, desk and two chairs, parking in carport and driveway and so much more! • Pack your suitcase (but leave the toiletry's and linens behind - we've got you covered) and head to the warmth & sunshine that Florida offers. Plenty of extra pillows of all firmness, bedding, linens, curtains, flooring, updated central heat and air system, ceiling fans, large hot water heater, freshly painted interior, all new light fixtures, and windows recently replaced. The home is neat and clean with a wonderful retro beach charm that you will come to love! New windows put in 2020! Great communication with host. Was able to check in early which was perfect. House was very clean and as described. Loved the outdoors area and spent all of our time relaxing in pool and under tiki hut. Our pup loved the fenced in yard so he could roam freely. Beach was only a couple minutes from rental. Great relaxing vacation.

We really loved this rental! The hosts were very nice and the house was very clean. We traveled with our dog and he loved the big back yard! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt right at home. We loved riding our bikes to both of the parks there, watching the turtles and walking the trails. Easy bike ride to the beach! We will definitely be back!

This house was the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Just a short drive over the bridge to get to the ocean and all the restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance to a great pizza place and breakfast place; both delicious. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have used the private pool.

The house was clean and spacious and is well located to shopping and restaurants and the beach. My wife uses a power wheelchair. The property was listed as wheelchair accessible. The inside of the house was easy to navigate with a wheelchair. However her power wheelchair could not enter the home because of a small step which required us to put together a makeshift ramp. A manual push chair would likely be able to be maneuvered over the step but not a power wheelchair. The host might want to consider making a small wood wheelchair ramp available for those who use a power wheelchair. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend it to others.

We live in the neighborhood so we are here to help with anything that may arise while you are here on your stay. We have been here 24 years and raised 3 children in our home. Love this area and you will too. Very convenient to so many wonderful things. I am in Real estate and my husband is a carpenter/handyman. We love that we can come home from working all day and take a 5 min. drive or a 15 min. walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset to unwind from the busy day. I enjoy having Publix grocery so close if you need something it is literally a 2 min. drive or a 10 min. walk. Moved down to this area in the 80's from Wisconsin and have loved this area. My husband from West Virginia. We met down here 28years ago down here at Crabby Bills!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property December 2018. Updated and accented the retro character of the home. We have always hoped one day we could purchase this home. When we bought it all of our friends that came over said you have to do vacation rentals with this home it is perfect so after much thought about what to do with the home, that is what we ended up deciding to do. Everyone that has come loves the layout and the openness of the home and the character that it offers. We hope you will come to enjoy and love this home as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Our newest addition to the property is the tiki hut that gives you more shade to hang out and enjoy the yard area! I love the natural light that shines in this home and the open spaciousness of the home. The game room has been a big hit with my son and his friends while we were fixing up the home. Ping pong tournaments were a frequent thing. We love the large kitchen and just the sense of mixing the modern and retro together. It is a very quiet neighborhood with many things in walking distance. The pool has been a great way to unwind after a long day of shopping or beaching it along with the Tiki hut has been a HUGE hit with all our visitors!
