Spend a great vacation in the apartment renovated in April 2018. You can expect a modern and cozy atmosphere in a convenient location (10 km from Annaberg - Buchholz, 11 km to Oberwiesenthal, 1 km to the Czech Republic, 95 km to Dresden, 45 km to Chemnitz, 32 km to Karlovy Vary.)
In the apartment you can find relaxation or go on interesting excursions in the region. Activities such as skiing and cycling can be enjoyed in the area.
Our modern apartment is designed for 2 people, the occupancy can be expanded to 4 people by using our sofa bed (150 x 200 cm).
A travel cot is located in the apartment.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (high-quality box spring bed 180 x 200 cm with 7-zone comfort foam core mattresses) with adjoining living area, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining area and a bathroom with shower (rain shower and massage jets ). A flat-screen TV and free WiFi are also available.
A parking space is available free of charge. Bicycles and cars can be rented.
All children under 3 years old do not pay a surcharge for baby cots. Baby or Toddler equipment (booster seat, step stool, games ...) is available. Children's or Extra beds are available on request and must be confirmed in any case before the property.
Laundry, ironing, child care, BBQ area and an in-between cleaning can be booked for additional fees. Final cleaning costs 10 euros per stay. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
