The home was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located for the reason we visited. The host even allowed us to have some items delivered to the property which were to be used in my son's dorm room. We really appreciated how they placed the packages inside considering we arrived the day after the deliveries. We would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate, Amazing Home

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home was immaculate! Kim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We chose this home because it was close to Wet n’ Wild water park, which was the main reason for our trip! Home was also close to restauatants and shopping centers. This home was very beautiful and was more than enough space for my family and I.

Not pet friendly - bait and switch ... No communication

We stay in Greensboro often for swim meets and we will not be back to this property again.Property lists as pet friendly but then when you get the OCD welcome message you find that pets are not allowed. We had to redo all the logistics for the weekend with a host who basically ghosted us.Dogs next door bark all day and all night in the heat.There is no way to conveniently park without blocking a mailbox or driveway.No thanks.

False advertising and unhelpful host

I booked this location based on the list of amenities. It was considerably more expensive than other sites but listed that it had a hot tub. I was looking for this specifically because of a recent surgery and a long drive to this location. After I reached out to the host, he stated there was no hot tub and offered no solution. The internet was also down. I asked for a discount as this site was much more expensive than others and he would not. I ended up contacting vrbo help who assisted in getting a refund. We ended up booking a much nicer location and having a great time.
