2018 Completely newly furnished holiday house for 4 persons (+1)

The house has a gas heating for quick and cozy warmth and is located in a quiet location (opposite a campsite) in the Dennenal in Ahrbrück. The detached house has a living space of 49 square meters with a small terrace, a small lawn and a parking lot.
There is a bedroom with box spring bed, a room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with window and a living room where the kitchen, dining area and living room are located.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob / oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a fridge with intregiertem freezer.
If you want to be on vacation from the first minute, freshly made bed as well as a bath towel and a towel on arrival, we offer this service for € 11.00 per person. Please let us know and we will prepare everything when you arrive. We will then accept the amount in cash on arrival.

Relaxing and enjoyable, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, lovely location with lots to see and do with a short drive. The house is lovely from the photos and even better when you arrive. We recommend this and would love to return and explore the area some more.

Schönes Ferienhaus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist gut und die Kommunikation ist klar. Schön zu sehen, dass dieses Haus rundum positiv renoviert wurde. Und sehr schön ist, dass man mit 3 Hunden herzlich willkommen ist. Sehr positiv.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in einem sehr komplett eingerichteten Häuschen direkt am Bach. Im Ferienhsus fehlt es an nichts und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Fazit: bis aufs Wetter (und da kann der beste Vermieter nichts tun)war alles top

Siedlung am Bach

Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, Frau Meyer, war von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm. Der Schriftverkehr sehr freundlich. Beigefügt eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung/-Skizze, die genauer nicht hätte sein können. Der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort bestätigte uns in der Annahme, dass wir es hier mit bodenständigen und sympathischen Vermietern zu tun haben. Wir waren zu zwei Personen mit einem Hund angereist. Der Zugang zu der Unterkunft erfolgt über einen Campingplatz. Bei der Ankunft am Ferienhaus waren wir sofort begeistert. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und auch auf der Außenterrasse konnten wir wunderbar verweilen. Sofort waren auch schon Kontakte zu den Nachbarn geknüpft. Von Vorteil für alle Hundebesitzer ist auch, dass wir nach ein paar Metern direkt die Möglichkeit hatten, mit dem Hund einen Spaziergang durch den Wald zu machen. Auf dem Campingplatz gibt es auch ein Restaurant, welches wir sehr gut empfehlen können. Das Flair hier in der Siedlung am Bach mit der Nähe zum Campingplatz und den netten Kontakten waren für uns doch sehr besonders. Es war ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Rundum perfekt

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft und Umgebung. Das Häuschen ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und supergut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhäuschen war sauber und nett eingerichtet- wir haben uns sehr wohl da gefühlt. Das war auch durchaus notwendig, denn nach 3 schönen Tagen gab es einen Temperatursturz und es wurde draußen so richtig ungemütlich- so haben wir viel Zeit in unserer Bleibe verbracht mit Kartenspielen und Lesen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei kleinen Problemen war sie sofort zur Stelle.Kurz gesagt: Es war sehr schön hier, alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Lediglich die Kanten des Glas-Beistelltisches waren ein Problem, es wird noch eine Weile dauern, bis alle blauen Flecke wieder verheilt sind.

Ferienhäuschen mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir hatten ins ganz spontan entschieden ein Mädelswochenende in der Eifel zu verbringen. Ind wir hatten viel Glück, diese bezaubernde Unterkunft zu buchen. Schön gelegen an einem kleinen Bach, in der Natur, ruhig, aber nicht einsam. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an Andrea, dass die Buchung so spontan geklappt hat und wir so freundlich empfangen wurden. Gerne wieder. Sehr empfehlenswert.
