Luxury pet friendly estate w/ hot tub and heated pool in the heart of the city

Ruth, for the duration of your stay there seemed to be severe comprehension issues on your part. We've discussed the cherry pits through private messaging as the cleaners had very little time that day due to a gas leak emergency that almost had me fully cancel your stay but I did my utmost best to rectify the situation and overall my girls did a phenomenal job cleaning the 3000 sq ft 5 bed 2 bath home that you booked so the cherry pits along with BBQ utensils were an understandable and small miss. I explained to your the reasoning behind not having wash cloths as well - I simply do not provide them and have disposable wipes instead with the location of them in the bathrooms communicated to you. Hottub towels are bath towels - there is a towel warmer and two dryers inside the home for your convenience in that regard. We also discussed the outdoor cooler and its only function of being a rustic décor piece out on the deck so I'm perplexed as to what you expected to find inside of it during a rainy stay? Perhaps fresh ice and cold drinks? I've politely pointed you to the ice machine in the kitchen and bubbly in the fridge. Yes, 9pm is quiet time as disclosed in the listing, the house rule message that's sent within 24hrs of confirmed booking and in the black binder inside the home - we have young children that are in daycare daily while we have careers and occupy the basement suite of the property. As far as unregistered guests and visits with family at my property - I disclose in my listing that I can book (at my discretion only) small events and private gatherings at an extra fee, you have never contacted me to inquire about it or to get a quote. Overall, you booked my home over a year in advance and had ample time to ask questions, verify important to you information and cancel with full refund if my property was unsatisfactory for what you had in mind. I would not host you and your group again, Ruth, as you seemed quite high maintenance and problematic although I did my best to satisfy your needs within the limits of my policies. Have a great day!

Third party booking that resulted in a significant damage of an appliance, which was attempted to be hidden upon checkout and zero communication in regard to the damage during the stay. Guests present on the property fully denied using the appliance until all evidence was submitted by me to the platform and at which point guest admitted to it and paid for appliance replacement in full.
