This is a wonderful property that has a centralized location to everything in the area. It is private. It is clean, especially in comparison to neighboring hotels. Heat and air both work great. We will definitely be back!

Condo was very clean and close to all attractions and shopping. Check in process lacked in communication, did not receive instructions on how to get into unit before we arrived. Had to call a couple of times before getting someone to return my call. Once I was able to talk to the host she was very nice and helpful, would give her a five star rating. Unit is tucked a block off of main road through Pigeon Forge, not much of a view of mountains. Parking was very good. Other than the minor issues as mentioned above it was a good value.

Last minute deal was great, my husband and I decided on Tuesday to come down on Saturday for our anniversary. The condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple, or family with babies or young kids. The bed is comfortable, which is rare in a lot of rentals. The ceiling fans work great and were very appreciated! It’s a very convenient location to the parkway, the Island, Publix, go cart tracks and so much more. The only upgrades I would suggest are more towels and wash rags for the bathroom.

Our host was great about answering questions! The location was good to be close to everything in pigeon forge. The bathroom was nice and updated. Everything looked very clean! They didn’t have salt and pepper though, so bring your own! Overall, a good stay!

Property is described very well. Exactly what you see in the pictures. It is an older unit but with updated with modern amenities and very tastefully decorated. Nothing too fancy but everything you need. And it is a short walk to the Island. We would stay here again.

Overall, our stay was decent. The location was definitely a highlight. It was close to everything we needed, which made getting around super convenient.The place itself was clean and acceptable, but pretty basic. It didn’t have many extras that would have made the stay more comfortable. For example, there were no additional towels, and the kitchen was missing simple essentials like dish towels and basic cleaning supplies.One of the biggest downsides was the internet. It was very unreliable and barely worked during the limited time we were actually at the property. Which is wild 2026.A few small improvements, like adding hooks for hanging things and stocking a few more everyday items, would go a long way in making this a much better experience.Overall, not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Great little place to stay that’s close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful! The unit was close to everything in town and was extremely quiet. Our only complaint was the wifi was was so slow and we were not able to use because of that.
