The Space:

This Queen Studio Suite features a kitchenette, bathroom and an open sleeping area, as well as a cozy living area with a futon convertible sleeper, and private laundry. WIFI & FREE Parking in designated space. Located in Multnomah Village near shopping & dining, close to OHSU, John's Landing neighborhood, Tillicum Crossing, and the tram to Oregon Health and Sciences University! 10 min to downtown Portland.
Kitchenette with Fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker make eating in simple and efficient. Updated with granite counter tops and new fixtures, Dishes, utensils and basic cookware provided for your convenience.
Living area features table with stools for two, for eating in. This space can also double as a work space when working from home. Lounging area with a futon and comfortable chair for enjoying movies or catching up on your Netflix series. Futon can be folded out into a bed for hosting a second or third guest! Large 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, complete with Netflix, Amazon, and WIFI to complete the necessities!
You will rest comfortably in your Queen size bed in bright and spacious open room. Comfortable bedding, quality linens and closet for storing clothing, and guests personal items. TV is set up so that it can easily be enjoyed from the seating area or if you enjoy watching from bed.
Bathroom has a large shower and all bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully decorated. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival.
Full-size washer and dryer provided in unit for guest use.
Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Well-kept yard with private outdoor deck directly in front of home, as well as a common shared deck with BBQ grill and extra seating in the back!
FREE parking for one vehicle in driveway and additional FREE street parking.
There is a pack and play onsite but it must be requested ahead of time as it is shared between guests and is not directly in the unit.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire private basement apartment, and one space in the driveway directly in front of the property. The upstairs space and apartment share a yard but they have completely separate exterior entrances. Guests also have full use of the private laundry and FREE street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Multnomah Village, this neighborhood is convenient to I-5, OHSU, and downtown. Approx 5-7 min to the OHSU campus. The home is located within .5 miles of Multnomah Village, known for its charming vibe. Multnomah Village has plentiful sidewalk cafes, bakeries and bookstores, and offers casual dining options like taverns, cozy American restaurants and traditional Italian eateries. In sprawling Gabriel Park, there are sports fields, a large skate park and picnic areas. Stores selling women’s fashions, rustic home decor and antiques cluster around Southwest Capitol Highway.
Getting Around:
The home is convenient to I-5, OHSU, Hillsdale, South Waterfront and Downtown. Approx 5-7 min to the OHSU campus and South Waterfront, located within .5 miles of Multnomah Village, minutes to I-5, Barbur Blvd and Capital Highway.
Public Transportation: Bus Stop 367-SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & 30th - .3 miles & Bus Stop 340 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & Dosch- .4 miles.
MAX Lightrail is South Waterfront/SW Moody MAX Station, Southbound & Northbound OR Oregon Zoo MAX station. Both approx. 3.6 miles. You can park at the max station and get anywhere in Portland Metro including PDX, Beaverton & Hillsboro.
Other Things to Note:
Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10 pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided monthly for an additional charge to guest on all stays over 15 nights.
