Spacious house with two floors and big basement. In house garage. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor you find the 70m³ / 750sq ft open living room with a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sunny master bedroom has a direct connection to the newly renovated bathroom and the laundry / closet room. Beautiful gardens in front and back of the house.
Quiet area, many parks and lakes around.
Various supermarkets and restaurants around the corner. Only 15min ride to the city center west (zoological garden).
