Beach Breeze is a recently constructed luxury home directly on Lake Michigan. It is perfectly situated just 5 minutes north of St. Joseph and 20 minutes south of South Haven. With over 170 feet of private sandy beach, it is the perfect spot to get away for your beach vacation. Stunning views of Lake Michigan greet you from the moment you walk up to the front door and step onto the custom white oak floors which are throughout the house. A hot tub is being added this year. Message for updates as to when it will be available for use. I contracted with a spa company and a landscaper and am awaiting the installation.

There are 5 ensuite bedrooms including two primary suites, one of which is on first floor. There is plenty of room for the whole family, and the 5 bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths accommodate up to 14 guests. They consist of three bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, and six twin beds in the custom built-in bunkroom.

Large windows throughout Beach Breeze provide gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Stairs with a walking path lead to a large sandy PRIVATE not association beach. The home office with glass French doors is perfect for checking in on work while getting away with your family. RH, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Serena & Lily, and West Elm furniture grace the home.

The large custom built kitchen with quartz countertops and ample work surface is a dream in which to prepare those special meals while still enjoying views of the lake from the bank of large windows over the kitchen sink. There is a large RH dining table with ample seating.

Not only do stunning views greet you from within the house, but also there are multiple decks from which to enjoy the lake views and star gazing at night. A large deck accessible from the main living room lines the entire back of the house and is complete with Adirondack chairs. Another deck serves the main bedroom and provides the perfect spot to sip that morning coffee while watching the boats out on Lake Michigan. The east bedroom enjoys its own private deck as well. In addition, a generous screened porch with a vaulted ceiling and a bluestone patio with a fire pit are perfect spots to gather while watching the waves dance along the lake.

The portable pickleball equipment is perfect for a friendly game. The Joola Ping Pong table and air hockey provide lots of entertainment when you are not outdoors enjoying the lake. In addition, the mud room and separate laundry room add plenty of storage for all of your gear.

The large 170' sandy beach with beach sand chairs is the perfect spot to relax with a book or to build sand castles and memories. This beautiful private beach provides a special place to watch the waves dance along the shore and occasional boats floating upon the water.

Family Reunion

We had many different age groups stay with us over a three week period, ranging from age 18 to 80, and the house accommodated us all beautifully. It is in tip top condition and offers many amenities. The beach is lovely and the sun sets are beautiful. We enjoyed it very much.

The house is a great location right on the waterfront where you can see the lake from any window! They had plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 kids to have sleep & have their own bathrooms. The kitchen table was perfect for large family meals and there were ample places to hang - back patio with the fire pit, top back porch, and screen-in porch. The sunsets were beautiful! The stairs to the private beach were long (180 steps) but doable for two 70 year olds and worth the privacy. Would stay again!

Beautiful home with an amazing private beach. The steps down to the beach are steep, but my 84 year old aunt made it up and down each day without issue. The location feels very private but we were still very close to all the activities we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.

Our trip was fantastic Everyone having an en suite was such a delight!The weather did not cooperate so we were very grateful for the air hockey, ping pong table, fire pit and grill. We also used bocci and corn hole.The walkway to the beach is very overgrown and is quite the challenge. Not recommended for the faint of heart. Recommend bug spray. Payoff is worth it though.Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.Homeowners were lovely.Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home on Lake Michigan

This is probably the nicest rental home we have ever stayed in. The house is amazing and the views and direct access to the lake really make this house special. We had three generations with us and everyone enjoyed the common areas and we also had room to spread out. The hosts were extremely helpful as well.

Beach Breeze is the Best!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful home. It is thoughtfully designed for family time from the open kitchen to the table that seats 10, to the outdoor fire pit, to the gorgeous sunsets, lovely beach, ping pong and game tables, and ample lawn space, while still providing private rooms and baths for all. And the main suite -- just wow, what a view! The place was clean, beds comfy and the hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. You will not be disappointed by anything at Beach Breeze!

We had a great time on our family reunion trip to Michihan! The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a week's vacation together. We had a 3 kiddos and 7 adults and we all had a relaxing week in this home. The sunsets were definitely a highlight and we enjoyed the porch when it was drizzling, but we still wanted to be outside. Great getaway house!

Fabulous house. Well laid out with open floor plan, lots of great living space, and a great big kitchen. LOTS of counter space and great kitchen tools and utensils. Bedrooms were all comfortable, and en suite. whole home is brand new and well designed. A great place to gather for your friends and family. Direct beach access is a hike down to the beach, but really private, and was a nice bonus.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was everything I hoped for and all that the pictures promised. Checkin was flawlessly easy and everything you think you need is already in the house, all the details were laid out very thoughtfully. There was more than enough space for my party of 8 to spread out and have private time but also perfect spaces for us all to come together.

Our family selected this property because of the large lot and beautiful beach. It's the perfect place to gather, and we liked the fact that we could build with a walkout basement to add even more windows to enjoy the everchanging waters on Lake Michigan. We prized this private location that was just minutes from the amenities of Saint Joseph's charming downtown.

Besides the large sandy beach and stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan, this home exudes charm from the moment you drive up to it. The private back yard with its multiple decks and bluestone patio invites you to sit and relax with a glass of iced tea while reading a book or chatting with friends and family. The generous screened porch offers the perfect place to relax while enjoying spectacular views of Lake Michigan, and the private setting provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.
