About this property

Built in 2022 on the North side of Canyon Lake with gorgeous appointments including both an upstairs and downstairs deck which includes all new furniture, superior bedding and linens as well as outdoor furniture and an outside cooking options. There is an abundance of space in the driveway to park your vehicles including RVs! - the boat ramp, which is literally 400 yards away, is currently closed due to the drought. However, you can walk out the back door and enjoy the acres of walking trails. Enjoy fun in the sun during the day and come home to the grill, gentle breezes and excellent deck views. It just doesn't get any better than this! Feed the deer while you’re relaxing on the deck as they literally live in your backyard! You are easily within 20 minutes from floating the Guadalupe River, 20 minutes from Wimberley’s Blue Hole and multiple hiking trails, a number of restaurants and live-music venues just minutes away as well as parks and public beaches. If you enjoy concerts, the Whitewater Amphitheater is also about 20 minutes away and they are known for their lineups. The famous small town of Gruene and the infamous Gruene Hall are just a 30 minute drive away. Gruene offers live music and great food. The Texas spring-fed water park known as Schlitterbahn is 40 minutes away and offers water park fun for the whole family. You can also choose to float the Comal through several resources including Texastubes.com. If the vineyards are your friend, the Fredericksburg wine country is a 45 minute drive to some of the best Texas vineyards you will find, not to mention the great shopping!

Dream and reality

It was excellent from day one, to look at the deer so close and at night the starry sky, the house very beautiful and cozy, thanks to the owners.

This is a great vacation rental. Literally has everything you need. Just pack your clothes

Wonderful experience. This house is nice, in a great location and has lake access and plenty of parking, which is rarely found in rentals.

Beautiful Home

Brand new beautiful home, very well stocked. Hanging out with the deer every morning was the best part. I didn’t realize that the living area was upstairs so a lot of stairs if you have bad knees like me lol! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoy traveling and staying at VRBOs so we thought we would take all the things we have enjoyed about the places we have stayed and incorporate them into this house. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do.

Canyon Lake is our happy place, and we hope that your stay here will make you feel the same! This house sits on a 10 acre common area open fields where you can hike a few miles, then come home to the grill and peacefully enjoy the evening while feeding the deer and enjoy the breeze.
