The 3-level (multi-level House) house is on a private 2.5 acre overlooking the lake. You can access the lake at Boat Ramp 1. It is in the neighborhood and down the street. 1. 5 minutes to Guadalupe River for tubing and Whitewater Amphitheater for concerts and 10 minutes from Gruene Hall to dance the night away! 30 minutes to downtown New Braunfels. Every view from the house is blue water or deer and wildlife. Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from 2 porches or enjoy the firepit and smores. Come relax and enjoy ChateauWeddington which has been remodeled inside and out! Full kitchen and modern amenities with a Keurig-K-cup machine. 1-King Room with bathroom-walk in shower, 1 Queen Room with dual shower/bathtub bathroom, Game Room, Downstairs Living Room, Three Porches, 1 with a NEW propane Grill, One "Kids" space 1 bunkbed full/twin, and a bunk room with a queen blow-up mattress made as a bed, with a full bathroom walk-in shower.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure sliding doors are locked Thermostats are left on 78 (3 of them)
Trash cans lids are closed and take to the street in rock area to the left of the driveway if facing away from the house.
All lights are off, and lock the front door keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please do not sit on the furniture w\ wet clothes
-Remove all trash from the house sunday cans curb before leaving -Turn up AC thermostats to 78, turn all fans off -lock all doors
-Throw darts at the dart board or any other walls -If ring camera is covered at any time- the reservation may be canceled immediately with no refund.

Great stay

Awesome stay! Close to the river and the lake. Has an awesome view of the lake. With the dart board, shuffle board and large tv the house has plenty of entertainment for when you want to have a relaxing night in. Would stay again!

Perfect Lake Home

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located very closely to the lake as well as restaurants and activities in New Braunsfels and Gruene. The house itself was great for a big group and super spacious.

Great Time

We stayed here for a Little League Baseball State Tournament in New Braunfels. The home was perfect for our family. It was well prepared for guests with lots of games to entertain and beautiful views!

Long Weekend at the Lake

The house was great! Lots of little extras included that we enjoyed. Great restaurants close by. We enjoyed rafting in the river and boating on the lake. By a family vote we decided we would return again.

Beautiful spacious house!

We rented for a bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and hang out. Gorgeous views and so many rooms for the games we wanted to play inside.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was adorable and clean, and situated with a lovely lake view. Each morning and evening we saw deer outside! We were a short drive to hiking trails and boat ramps, and restaurants. The TVs all worked and the kids loved the bunk beds and the “secret room” (their term) off the bunk room. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Our entire vacation was easy and wonderful! 10/10 recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

My family of 4 had a great te. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the game room , hours of fun playing shuffle board, Foosball and darts was had. Views of the lake were amazing and while not really able to acess it for swimming feom property (you can but it's a long uneveen way down ) it is close to both Outlook park for swimming and Cranes Mill marina for boating. Beds are extremely comfortable and LOTS of room for .any more people then we had. Owner was very responsive by text when I had a question.

My family loves this home and Canyon Lake. We enjoy coming to it every chance we can. We look forward to others having the same experiences. The location is near everything. The river for tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, great food, restaurants, shopping, Gruene Hall, nature, and deer galore. Sunrise and Sunset. Boat Ramp 1 down the street. Big enough place on the property in front of the house to park your boat and 3 cars-4.
