Loved this place for our stay. Slept everyone comfortably (we had 9 people). The water front was perfect and calm for chilling with a drink and throwing our tubes in the water just to float stationary. Everything was amazing!
My family enjoyed a nice birthday weekend away at this cozy river front house. The house itself was nice and clean, however the outside patio was covered in spider/cobwebs and could use some tlc. We loved the location and that it was pet friendly.
This is a great, clean property on the river. River access and the outdoor space are definitely the highlight of this property. The house is well appointed and has all the basic amenities you'll need.
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property! We came to celebrate our son’s 9th birthday, and the location right on the river was perfect. The kids absolutely loved it, and we made some great memories swimming, relaxing and spending time with our family. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We also had family coming from San Antonio to spend the day with us for our son’s birthday, and he was very accommodating and understanding. The house was comfortable and nice and cool when we arrived, which was definitely appreciated in the Texas heat! We really enjoyed our weekend and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with our family!
Great experience all around. The house was very clean inside. We spent time cleaning the outside areas. All appliances, beds and bathrooms are awesome. Owner was very quick to respond to the few initial questions I had when first arriving. Originally rented for an outdoors 65th birthday party. The weather didn’t cooperate but the party was moved to the indoors and covered deck and was still successful. A minor point but I think there could be more lighting for the house’s side walk, front yard and parking areas. But it was manageable using flashlight app.
Perfect place for the pricing , was so nice and relaxing, tubing place with in walking distance, and if choose to can tube back to the house , will say they gave set of 2 bunk beds , so room for 4 not 6 , and it’s a reg couch and futon in living room not 2 futon couches , it is very well stocked with basics ! Would definitely go back to this place
The weekend was wonderful. The house was very nice. I was surprised that there wasn’t more kitchen amenities for baking and cooking. There wasn’t any spray Pam or oil for the pans or baking. There wasn’t any ice trays. The rugs in the house were fall hazards. There wasn’t any laundry pods for a single wash. The oven was not clean. We did enjoy the tubes for the river. The access to the river was fantastic. There needs to be a clear description of the steps and access to the house and yard for guests over age 65. The steps posed a challenge for our senior family members. We celebrated our Mom’s 74th birthday and had a memorable time. I would recommend this location for family events.
