House is only 5 minutes from Overlook Park, Guadalupe River trail 3 minutes away, Guadalupe River Tubbing 2 miles and Whitewater Amphitheater 2 1/2 miles, 20 minutes to Wibberley and Gruene. Several marked hiking trails near house.
