Comfortable "home away from home" feeling that offers peaceful views, spacious decks and a game room. Miles of trails just steps from the back door. Enjoy Canyon Lake’s pristine lake water as well as other hill country favorites in the surrounding area, or simply come to unwind and relax.

Our home offers plenty of room to relax and spread out, with:
3 Bedrooms:
Primary bedroom with a king bed and twin futon and twin trundle, pack n play
Second bedroom with a queen bed
Third bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle
Additional sleeping in game room (twin daybed pulls out to create king)
(Sleeps up to 8-10+ guests comfortably)
2.5 Bathrooms:
Full primary bathroom with shower/hair dryer
Second full bath for shared use with shower/hair dryer
Convenient half-bath near living areas
Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Cook family meals with ease—equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, keurig coffee maker, and more.
Cozy Living Room:
Large sofa, Roku TV, and a perfect space to relax after a day outdoors.
Dedicated Game Room:
Foosball, board games, arcade game, darts, corn hole, and plenty of space to hang out and have fun together.
Outdoor Spaces:

Enjoy and upper and lower patio with scenic views , outdoor dining and a propane grill. Peek-a-boo lake view if you can find it! Fully fenced yard for the kids or fur kids. Fire pit (we strictly follow the local burn ban guidelines). Ample parking on site.
