High-speed wifi, and TV's with your favorite streaming services. This is the perfect place to rest your head when you're not out enjoying all the lake has to offer. Spend a day on the lake come home and relax with a cold beverage in the privacy of your own oasis.

Inside you will find an airy atmosphere with plenty of room for you and your guests. Large soaker tub to relax in after a long day of lake fun. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are just the ideal size for your peaceful getaway. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and is perfect for putting together meals. Enjoy the large couch while watching your favorite movie on the 60 inch tv. Comfy Memory Foam mattresses in every bedroom to ensure a good nights sleep.. Large front and back yard to watch the sunrise and sunset. Very quiet neighborhood.

In the first bedroom you will find a queen bed with its own tv complete with streaming services. This bedroom shares a full bath with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed for kiddos with a twin on top and a pullout futon on bottom. The second bedroom also has its own tv. Finally, the primary suite with a king bed, large tv, en suite bath complete with a large soaking tub, dual sinks, and walk in shower. You will also find a large walk in closet and a private toilet room.

With hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, a luxurious bathroom and of course, a laundry room this home has everything and more for you to enjoy your stay.

Beautiful house, nice getaway

The house is all updated and in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with. We recommend eating at Beefy’s on the Green which was only a 10 min drive. The lake is down 18 feet but we weren’t planning anything on the lake that mattered. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hill Country Home Base

We rented this property for Spring Break with our family of 8. The location gave us access to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Austin, and nearby state parks. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood and with lots of oaks, cedar, and deer roaming around. The open floor plan and three BRs was perfect for us. Everything was clean and easy to find.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 11. That being said there was an issue with the ac unit the first night of our stay which made getting any sleep almost impossible. After several attempts to contact the host the next morning via the app and failing we finally made contact via text round lunch. My fault for not realizing that I needed to text versus using the app to communicate. Later in the afternoon an ac repair man was able to fix the unit and we enjoyed the cooler house for the rest our our stay. In the end we all had a great weekend.

wonderful home away from home

Quiet area free of noise, but plenty of nature around to enjoy.. Quiet walks with friendly people to wave to or say "hello" to. We have stayed at other air b-n-b's and none have had the quality of kitchen items that was available as well as towels needed for bathrooms. Thank you for that! All living areas were of high quality too. We so enjoyed the front porch! Suggestion: we understand you need to have a supply area locked, so it would be more convenient to have some type of wardrobe hanging cabinet in the master bedroom....right where you have the big wall hanging medallion as there was no closet available, but thank you for the dresser drawers that were there. Most all our clothes hang. Thank you for being so very flexible for allowing us to add time over the month for our house hunting, it was such a blessing to us to come back to the same peaceful place.

Wonderfull!

We based our location in Hill County on a nice house to stay in and we absolutely found that in this property! It looks great, had everything we might need and want in a holiday home with nice attention to detail which made it a home away from home! The location for us was perfect: we love to be away from crowds and don’t care for “touristy” places and this park gave us exactly that: peace and quiet and still enough possibilities to go out and see or do things! Communication with the owner was good. We had a great vacation here!
