The newly renovated and maritime furnished apartment in the Kiel district Wellsee is 32 square meters and has a bedroom with double bed. Through the floor to ceiling windows, a view over the ingrown garden landscape is possible, so that one has the feeling of being directly connected to nature. The 2. The room has a kitchenette and a 2-seat counter that can be eaten or worked on. The bathroom has been modern designed and has a 120 cm wide shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building from 1994.
The two apartments are located in the new building from 1994, affiliated to the historic old building from 1880. The 6 listed linden trees on the property complete the harmonious picture. You have a separate entrance in the new building. On the private property you can park your car for free right outside the door. For further information please visit our website .
The nearest bakery and butcher is 400 meters away, the nearest supermarket 650 meters.
A very nice beach is the 12 km Falckensteiner beach, which can be reached by car in 20 minutes. For active water sports (surfing, sailing), the Laboe is 18 km away.
