Enjoy an unforgettable stay in the City of Krk at our recently renovated villa in three spacious and comfortable apartments with beautiful terraces and a shared heated pool, where you can relax with family or friends.

Apartment Nr. 1 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 55 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 4 persons. Apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms. The living room provides direct access to the spacious terrace with a partial sea view. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom is as contemporary as the rest of the apartment and features a spacious glass walk-in shower.
When you arrive, clean towels and bedding will be ready for you to enjoy your stay. A shared garden with barbecue facilities, pool and pool bar are at guests' disposal.

Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.

Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Ferien Wohnungen sind sehr sauber. Katharina die für die Sauberkeit sorgt ist sehr fleißig , immer am putzen Tag für Tag. Als wir ankamen haben wir erstmal einen Wilkommensgetränk mit Katharina genossen, danach hat Sie uns unsere Wohnung gezeigt, die sehr sauber war. Alles was man benötigt gibt es in der Wohnung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr als ausreichend an Teller / Gläser /Besteck Töpfe etc. 2017 wurden alle Wohnungen erst Renoviert, doch leider weiss der ein oder andere Gast nicht wie man sich zu benehmen hat. Türen defekt, Tresor war ein bisschen defekt (aber voll Funktionsfähig). Vito ist der Besitzer der Ferienwohnungen, Super netter Mensch, egal was man braucht er Hilft wo er kann, und er hat auch immer super Tipps hinsichtlich guten Restaurants oder schöne ruhige Strandabschnitte. Der Pool ist auch sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. 5 min zum Strand, und ca 10 min in die Innenstadt. Man ist nicht auf das Auto angewiesen. Also wir kommen gerne wieder.
