"Welcome to our apartment" LENA ". The apartment is located in the newly built district Hohe Geest only a few meters from the North Sea coast.

Enjoy a relaxing break in our beautiful apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee from your property manager.
Tourist tax is applied.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
100, - € deposit are due in advance.

The spacious living area in the open living and dining area invites you to a cozy get-together after a relaxing sauna stay. Or let the evening fade away on the balcony. During the day, an electric awning will give you the shade you need on the balcony.

In the two bedrooms can sleep up to four people. The first bedroom has a box spring bed and an additional TV.
The second bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed (sleeping area 80 x 200 cm).

Start the day after a good night's sleep with a nice breakfast, which can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchenette.

Explore the surrounding area or discover the many excursion destinations such as the beautiful North Sea resort Cuxhaven with a very extensive range of leisure activities or the city of Bremerhaven. Trips to the forest outdoor pool or the Natureum Niederelbe are also recommended. Go for long walks or bike rides on the beach or in the nearby forest, and visit the climbing park and the high-traffic kite spot.

In the underground car park is a car parking space available for free.

Diese Ferienwohnung ließ keine wünsche offen. Bei winterlichen Temperaturen von -6 Grad war die Fußbodenheizung ein wahres geschenk. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauna noch das i Tüpfelchen. Zwar etwas klein aber zu zweit passte es. Toll dass es eine garage gab so das ein lästiges nach parkplatz suchen weg viel und heute morgen musste das auto nach schneefall nicht frei geräumt werden.. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg und for alle die ein Fahrrad mit bringen möchten gibt es sogar einen sehr großen Fahrrad abstellgarage.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne nochmal kommen.

Eine wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schön das überall Verdunklungsplisees und Fliegengitter vor den Türen sind. Super bequeme Betten.Die Sauna tat gerade bei dem kalten Wetter sehr gut. Der Strand ist sehr Nahe. Das einzige Manko sind die Parkplätze, die ziemlich schmal sind in der Parkgarage. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibunslos und immer schnell. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder .

Tolle saubere moderne Wohnung. Nette Gastgeber. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, wenn auch etwas eng. Nahe zum Strand an einer Strasse gelegen, wo ab 6 Uhr morgens lauter Strassenlärm losgeht. Dann heißt es Fenster schließen. Im Ort ist nicht viel los. Eher für Leute die Ruhe und Erholung suchen geeignet. Der nächste Einkaufsladen für Lebensmittel ist 2,5 km entfernt.

In allen Belangen hervorragend. Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Alle Fenster und auch die Balkontür sind mit einem Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf die Pferdewiese ist (insbesondere für Kinder) sehr schön. Einzige kleine negative Anmerkung: Das Parkhaus bzw. die Parkplätze sind grenzwertig eng. Wir würden die Wohnung dennoch zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne gut augestattete Wohnung

Check-in problemlos mit Schlüsselsafe.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden.Sogar Wäscheständer und Klammern gab es.Einige Möbel im Wohn-Essbereich müssten mal erneuert werden.Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut, wir haben wunderbar darauf geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war schön groß, sogar mit Sauna.Super war auch ,dass es eine Gästetoilette gab. Die Wohnung liegt zur Strasse,die Geräusche sind sind bei geöffneten Fenstern schon ganz ordentlich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man aber kaum was.Es war eine schöne Woche dort. Zwei Sachen waren allerdings sehr ärgerlich. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind extrem eng.Unseren Bulli mussten wir deshalb draußen auf dem Parkplatz für täglich 8 abstellen. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat war die falsche Info in der Beschreibung von Fewo direkt.Dort stand,dass es einen Aussenpool geben würde.Was auch mit ausschlaggebend war für die Buchung .So hätten unsere Enkel bei Ebbe wenigstens baden können. Man hat meine Bitte um eine kleine Preisminderung zwar zur Kenntnis genommen und wollte es weiterleiten.Aber bis jetzt habe ich nichts mehr von der Argentur gehört.

Sehr schönes neues Haus. Die Pkw-Stellplätze sind ziemlich eng. Die nahe Lage zum Strand ist hervorragend, allerdings ist die der Straße und dem Gehweg zugewandte Seite recht hellhörig.Die Wohnung selber lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Der Zugang durch die Tiefgarage wäre kein Problem. Leider leidet meine Reisebegleiterin an einer Vogelphobie, da waren die Schwalben dort nicht förderlich.Ansonsten alles bestens.

Wir hatten eine super Woche. Lage und Ausstattung sind top! Die Sauberkeit war bei Bezug in Ordnung, es war aber leider etwas staubig, im Kleiderschrank waren „Staubmäuse“, in sämtlichen Ecken Spinnweben. Das war das einzige was zu kritisieren wäre, der Rest war super und wir kommen gerne wieder. Bezüglich des Babybetts sollte man noch in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnen, dass man die Matratze selbst mitbringen muss.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Am besten sind laut Kind die Pferdeweide gegenüber und der Balkon - wegen der vorbeikommenden Pferde. Wir schätzen aber auch den Stellplatz unter dem Haus, die bequemen Betten und den kurzen Weg ins Watt bzw zzm Strand.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und in guter Lage. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Nur leider war die Wohnung dieses mal nicht ganz so sauber. (Das Sofa war noch sandig, wir hatten immer wieder Silberfische...). Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
