Excellent location, nice stay!

We traveled as a family, 4 adults, children and 1 dog. The location was absolutely perfect. Less than a minute walk straight down to the beach! Food, pizza&ice cream options very close by. A quick drive to anything else.The rooms were very nice/accommodating. Beds- very comfortable & the availability of bathroom/showers in both upstairs bedrooms & downstairs, was excellent. Rooms upstairs have Roku tvs, but only 1 remote- we would have to shuffle the remote back & forth. In the backyard/space area, there is a metal rod cemented & sticking straight out of the ground. We had to use the patio table to cover it because with kids and a dog running around- this can be an easy hazard. There is a hose in the front (and back), which is nice to use to hose off sand after the beach. However, we had to buy a doormat, as sand was just being tracked in excessively. There is only a broom, a vacuum would have been great. Dishwasher/washing machine/dryer all were great. There is bar across the street but even on weekend nights, it was never loud or an issue. Not a ton of room for dogs to run around in the back, but for ours it was just enough. For check in, we called at 4 & they still didn't have the door access code for us. We waited an hour, called again & they sent it. No one came in the hour we waited & the cleaning crew was there at 930am the day we checked out, so the place was ready- but code was never sent to the renting company. Would have been nice to get in at 4. Would stay again!

We’re really impressed by the condo and it’s surrounding!! It’s really near to go everywhere, whether by walking or driving. The beach, restaurants, souvenirs shop, gas station, water park, pier for fishing, coffee shop, ice cream shop, etc.. The condo itself feels very homey, and at a reasonable price, with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. Definitely recommended, and will come back again whenever we visit Panama City. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Great location

We had a short window for a beach trip and this place was perfect for our family of 4. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio! We would definitely stay here again!
